    Dont be fooled into thinking good old uncle ed had the breeds best interests at heart mate he was in part responsible for the dangerous dogs act coming out in the first place !....he was lining his pockets just like they still are today,only difference is his dogs were actually worth the money !......Dont get me wrong i liked Ed he was indeed a very nice man......but he was also one of the first puppy peddlars this breed ever saw in England,a man who for many years lived off the income of dogs.....as for bred smaller stuff i dont know where youve had that from the Skipper dogs rarely went unde

    I wouldnt class either of them as proper RR's in todays era.....times move on id say the Revere is an improved version of the Sport and the Overfinch is an improved version of the Vogue...............both are totally different class to their older counterparts in my opinion.

    You and me both.....and for that reason i personally am quite happy the breed is banned if that program is any indication of the calibre of owner the breed now attracts !     No i dont think your average domesticated dog is a pack animal no..............fox hounds/beagles etc have over many years retained a lot of that natural inherent pack mentality for obvious reasons.......most other breeds have not......breed foxhounds or beagles over many many generations to sit on the sofa and never get out to work and you will gradually lose that mentality ( which as we know most dog breeds have )..................look at some of these pathetic little balls of fluff that can barely stand up,they are about as much a pack animal as i am......only for the fact they have 4 legs

    Any breed that is recognised by the Kennel Club will never be on it......you think our national dog association of 140 odd years is going to admit it has a dangerous breed of dog in its registry......it will never happen.

    I dont know is your girlfriend a working dog member ? If not its not directed at her.....im saying why would a working dog admirer....admire a dog bred for nothing !....If a dogs bred without a purpose its good for nothing as far as im concerned......and yes i totally agree the majority of dog breeds are pointless.

    I dont think the conditioned dog and pro boxer is a comparison you can really make as your talking about a sporting quality as compared to a natural trait.......what im saying is any dog that allows itself to be totally overwhelmed to the point of complete domination including recieving pain and suffering for me is a dog i would want no part of...........laying down on your back totally submissive to whatever is coming is not something i would want to see in a potential working dog.........it doesnt mean the dog couldnt or wouldnt do its job in great style when the need arose it just means tha

    Have i missed soemthing here ....your calling someone scum because they are giving a dog away for free because they want a different one ???.....well i must be scum ten times over then ive got rid of plenty of dogs that didnt make the grade ok this one was most probably a fluffy little pet but i think " scum " is a touch over the top simply for moving a dog on that didnt meet the owners requirements......they,re giving a dog away not a baby for f**k sake !

    I think he got off light but i dont think it was as bad as folk are making out he was already in the air he,s got to land somewhere ok he could of avoided Parker but its not like he raised his foot to stamp down he just changed his body shape to land on him........I like the fella he oozes confidence and has the ability to do so.
