    Rake aboot......just out of interest,how do you go about cleaning your sand ?.....its a f****r to clean dont you think i ended up having to get one of those eheim vacuum 60 quid jobs......tried all that hovvering a hose just above it but was no good at that just sucked all the sand up.....pretty thick layer of it you got there as well.

    Dont know how to put pictures up but been keeping Discus a lot of years now................your be best to base your tank on what type of fish your looking to keep.....species tank or community..,,if your having real plants or fake.....compatability,water conditions,equipment etc etc.....

    Nice drop of pie,mash and liquor for me ...........or a nice big sirloin steak.........quite partial to a bit of greek food as well the old lamb kleftico if im feeling brave but the simple foods do it for me......after years of chicken,turkey,rice,pasta etc even pie and mash can be a gourmet dish !

    Had it on the ol sky plus only just watched it.......must admit the referee seemed to panic a little bit to me and jumped in as soon as Arthur turned his back....dont think it would have changed the outcome of the fight but you always want to go out on your shield so to speak.     I was dissapointed in Diaz he just didnt use the qualities he has....ive never understood why folk say he has good boxing skills...he has slow footwork,poor hand speed and very average power.......why a man who is great on the ground,who has fantastic fitness and a brilliant will to win would spend 24 minutes in a slow paced stand up fight is beyond me !.....I wouldnt mind betting Diaz could out-guts and out work near any fighter he fights if he put constant pressure on them and took them into the trenches.....at the highest level of any sport youve got to do what your good at and what got you

    The thing is Malt.....nobody would disagree with that,especially me.... Bobby Moore is my all time sporting hero who will always be loved in this area more than any other........he was an immaculate human being and a class act not just a very good footballer. But we have to accept that things are not like they was " in the good ol days ".....theres a thousand and one things that are not as good as they were years ago not just the England football captain.....look at our society in general its the weakest and lowest quality its ever been.....why would we expect such a high quality human being

    Whats also worth keeping in mind is NONE of the 22 players on the pitch or the referee heard the word " black " and complained.......not one.......this all started because a fan in the crowd 50 yards away made a complaint of a racial nature,based on the view we can see above,yet not with the beauty of having it slowed down like we have ( and we still cant make our mind up )..........in a noisy football ground in a heated atmosphere of 40 thousand fans id say that takes some unbelievable vision/hearing to see/hear what nobody else a lot closer could see/hear................
