The rights and wrongs of whether the uk should stage the Olympics in the first place is debateable.......but if we are going to then what better place than the nations capital....makes perfect sense. As a fan of sport i,ll keep an eye on most of the sporting events......the other silly games and pretend sports i couldnt give a shit about.

Yes im taking food......this will be the first time ive even camped one night out on my own so yes the camping part will definately be a challenge im no Bear Grylls like some of you lads i dont mind admitting......as for the couple of pricks who messaged to tell me what a big girl i am because its only a week and im taking my own food..........get in a boxing ring for 2 rounds ( just 6 minutes )with a bigger stronger opponent and see how you fair ....see its easy doing the things that come natural.....the test is when we step out of our comfort zone and do something that dont come natural....

Less than 4% is the target of competetive bodybuilders on contest day........a footballer running round a pitch at less than 4 % bodyfat would collapse within 10 minutes.......a man couldnt hold bodyfat of 2 % for more than about a day and still be alive !...... Peaked out fitness is not a healthy state to live your life and you certainly cant hold condition like that for a long time.......i believe top level footballers maintain around 8 - 12 % bodyfat...... I always get childish when my team score 6 goals.......hence im a very mature person !! To be honest im settled on the route now ive studied it as much as appears possible from google earth ........distance wise it should be a piece of piss as its only around 28 odd miles.....obviously a lot of that is likely to be boggy ground and maybe having to dodge round the odd loch might put a few more miles on but still 4 or 5 miles a day cant be too difficult surely......the first rucksack i made up last week weight 72 lb......now while i accept thats nothing for these rough and rugged army boys i was told its too heavy for a poof like me whos never done it before.......so ive now got i

With respect Brookie,no fighter gets to the level Fury is at by being afraid to face a man..........all the romantic sayings of " he will die before he backs down " etc etc are just silly.....at the highest level " guts " is not enough...... Its the harsh reality of the level of fitness required these days by players.......long periods of peak fitness is not necessarily a healthy state to be in.......folk say players today are wimps with the injuries they get and how players were tougher back in the good old days.......as we know with our dogs,when they are peaked out they can become quite a delicate little athlete prone to muscle pulls,tears and injuries...........................it can be amazing the protection a little bit of bodyfat can give........but like anything if we want ultimate performance then ultimate fitness is requ
