Why do you not think a fighter who is a world champion is world class then ..........as far as im concerned any fighter who is in the top 10 is world class thats the whole point of having ratings,if theres only 1 world class fighter in the world we dont really have a sport !

Yes but go 50 miles west into places like Brooklyn and Yonkers and those doors will have iron grills over them ...same as anywhere theres safe places and complete toilets i travelled a fair bit of America as a younger man even " nice places " on the west coat are riddled with crime places like Oakland California some beautiful places but you cant change the people living there i wouldnt want to live among them,Detroit makes Brixton look quite pleasant ! .....Look at Miami,gorgeous.....but used to have the highest rate of violent crime in America,dont know if it still has.......Tuscon,Phoenix

Absolutely.........whether you class him as Brit or Canadian dont make much difference we ( Britain ) have still had more success at heavyweight than any other country in the world outside America. Might not be the greatest names of the division but they won a title and thats more than any other country so to say we,re not blessed is plain wrong. Lewis Fitzimmons Bruno Haye Hide Akinwande All won a world title at heavyweight.....think the next best is probably a country like Italy who had Carnera,Damiani,someone else i forget who....... Thats without the big British names like Cooper,

Personally i dont mock any of the combat sports as i know the discipline and dedication it takes to compete.........but " compete " is the key word for me.......i respect the competition but the other bollocks blue belt black belt grand master this and that kicking apples out of trees is a complete farce and a reflection on how brainwashed some folk can be.....im sure its all very pretty and a whole lot of fun....but its not competetive,and without competetiveness and a will to win you dont have a fight.

Nobody can help the era they are born into,so if you have fought for a world title you are world class thats just common sense,the fact you are best of a bad bunch means nothing...........this is the world we live in and there aint no other world but this one !

Thats right,i knew the name from somewhere......I was with Steve Murray in the early part of his career i think that must of been his 5th or 6th pro fight.....if i remember right Coleman was the first fighter to take Steve the distance......nothing wrong with journeyman fighters its an honest living.

Frank Warren is the only one with the bollocks to front out the British Boxing Board of Control.......and good on him.....they f****d up by not just banning Chisora,by taking his licence away indefinately they are taking away a mans living who has no other way to earn....by rights he could go and sign on the dole !!......... Haye could apply for a licence but they wouldnt give it so the potential biggest fight in Britain cant happen in Britain..............id normally back the bbboc on most things but they got this all wrong.

Better as in Price and Fury are at the start of their career and who nows if they will ever be world level.....................Haye and Chisora have proven they are world level already.

Marks been living out in California since his career ended his mrs is a yank he,s a very family orientated fella just does a normal job teaching aerobics and general fitness......still keeps himself in great shape looks like he could still go 10 rounds now !!........his mrs is the brains and the main dough earner .....Christie i wouldnt have a clue.

Ta pal .....we,ve always had pretty good relations with the red half of your fine city always been very respectful and some good friendly banter whenever we,ve played.....the only 2 clubs left in the game with a historic traditional old song we,ve always acknowledged theirs and vice versa......a lot of Hammers have a soft spot for Liverpool its not just me...............with a bit of luck we,ll be visiting those big grounds again next year,certainly going to be a nail biter.

I had bulldogs years ago that wouldnt say boo to a goose....the odd one would kick off at anything but the majority had nothing guardy about them at all.......sometimes i think a working dog thats been purely bred for work just doesnt have the instinct for anything other than work,no protective instinct,no real love or affection....work is their job and thats all they want to do. Saying that a few folk i know have the odd lurcher and small terrier that fire up whenever i go round there,they,re all different i guess.

They might be a pair of pricks but 1 of them is an ex world heavyweight champion and the other just gave the long standing heavyweight champion his best fight for years....................name a better heavyweight bout out there.....dont tell me Price v Fury And whats Frank Warren doing wrong,thats his job its how he earns a living......and also how he earns plenty of others a living........again,tell me someone who has done more for British boxers than Frank Warren.

My expectancy levels are a lot less than yours need to be mate you support one of the great clubs of the country .......lets face it,this is the only way im going to be following my club to Wembley Been a tough old season thats tested the loyalty to the maximum....travelling to crappy little grounds up and down the country isnt as easy as going to the plush big stadiums watching the stars of the premiership every week so im pretty pleased with myself that i only missed 3 out of 46 games all year...........the real fear is having to do the same next year......so the 19th is a massive day for

That made me laugh..... Nothing is as powerful as nature Tomo........the secret is tricking it into believing your still in your 30,s !!........a long gap between lifting makes everything double hard work.....the only long breaks ive had were through injuries so its more or less a way of life my body hasnt yet realised i shouldnt really be doing any more Funny thing is visually im in better nick now than i was in my 30,s.....not as fit or strong...........but then its the old saying " bodybuilding is not about how strong you are.....its about how strong it looks like you are "

Arsene Wenger is a " do it the right way " type....much like you sound......dont matter a toss to him that it just dont work like that no more ! Been around gyms the longest ......read the 2 little lines at the bottom of every post i make they are words i live by mate and i try to be neither ignorant or stupid about sport......regardless how long ive been around gyms at every level.

I dont want to talk football,boxing,hunting,cars etc etc with my mrs i want to talk about them with my pals......I dont want to talk about the new layout of the kitchen or some deep meaningful topic with my pals i want to talk like that with my mrs...........I love the soft natured warmth and gentleness qualities women have,a woman discussing how to throw a left hook or which cross of lurcher works best would turn me right off........women are beautiful creatures but they cant replace mates....likewise mates are great but they cant replace a woman......i just prefer each in the right place....

Moll....im not going to apologise for not being attracted in any way whatsoever to women who enjoy doing what are traditionally mens activities.......to some women a man who enjoys knitting or flower arranging or some other predominantly feminine activity would not be seen as attractive....... Some men might be into women who go hunting......im not......not saying its wrong for them to do it just wrong for me to be with one....its called making choices,i wouldnt go with a female bodybuilder....and i do that as well......simply decision making which we all do.
