Its all very well defending bull breed dogs when they bite......but the harsh reality whether us lovers of bull breeds like it or not......is 9 times out of 10 a bull breed dog is going to do a lot more damage than a non bull breed dog simply due to the historical nature of its make up.....ie,to not give up until the job is done, this alone makes them far more dangerous than other breeds...... Id rather be attacked by a 10 stone Rottweiler or Mastiff than a 40 lb Pit Bull. Any dog deserves a bullet if it attacks.....but id make sure its double quick with a bull breed as a good one should be o

Think they will probably build up a fight for him versus Scott Quigg.........id pick Quigg if they meet anytime soon.

I thought we was talking about a lottery win not a scratch card

Id buy a football club.....even a shit one..................................anything left id give to kids, any kids.

As far as im concerned theres no longer such word as " racist ".............................like any other word, when it has so many different meanings and is used in so many different contexts by so many people for so many reasons.................it starts to become a word with no meaning. Say the word " c**t " enough and it starts to lose its descriptive meaning to the point where folk just dont take it serious anymore.

It probably doesnt match it simply because Hagler - Hearns was a historic fight........but the first round of Michael Moorer v Bert Cooper in the early 90,s comes pretty close.....not sure if theres any footage of it but its certainly one to remember. I did try to put a link on off you tube but it wouldnt work for some reason

I always preferred the Reg Gutteridge commentary rather than the yanks to that Hagler - Hearns fight......most folk would agree it was the best first round ever simply because of the enormity of the event.....everyone was expecting a chess match for the first few rounds but i believe Hagler won that fight on sheer confidence,he was so confident he could take Hearns best shots he came out and did what Hearns didnt think he could or would do.....as soon as he,d done that there was nowhere for Hearns to go.....great fight. Of those 4 id say the most impressive performance of the lot was when Dur

50 quid now and he,s yours.......I,ll even drive him up there for you !

What i think Liverpool need is the thing they usually always had at one stage or another....an out and out goal poacher......Rush,Fowler,Owen.....................The big man little man thing just aint happening.....that said theres just not many of them sort of players about now. Apart from Carlton Cole that is

Mediocre id be happy with...................its shit or worse shit for us at the moment.
-
I just call it a bit of a soft spot.................but even then its nice to have something to talk about rather than the constant season in season out mid table mediocre clubs some folk follow
-
Lurcher1 i wouldnt worry about it mate......when your rival clubs are talking about you its usually because they dont have nothing to say about their own club Wouldnt catch me slagging off Millwall i hate them too much.................when they,re talking about you it means you are on their mind

If your on about Welwyn Garden City in Hertfordshire....theres plenty of open spaces but with a big shopping centre and a load of industrial estates id hardly class it as being out in the sticks.

Well well well its not often im lost for words !!.......Just spent an hour reading through this and can honestly say its the best thread ive seen having been coming on here 6 or 7 years and thinking id read near every word on here ! Having been toying with the idea of a bird for a while this was the perfect read, fantastically written and of huge interest. Thankyou Liam and Dad for such genuinely nice read.

Sorry chum....dont spose id be too happy if someone asked if im West Ham or Millwall......... I try to steer clear of the Jock footie threads since i nearly got my balls chopped off some time ago for commenting on the game up there ....so i wasnt entirely sure when you said you drove to a Rangers game.....or something oh f**k it i dont know
-
ooops my apologies then ...... didnt have a game anyway yesterday did they ......it suddenly occured to me after i wrote it
-
No thats fair enough i was only messing....Labtastic are you a Celtic or Rangers fan ?
-
Sorted now i think Millet....... Sorry to jump in on your thread Lee C...................................so with this in mind then would the aviary itself be best sited where there is constant noise the bird would get used to.....or a more quiet spot where there may be the occassional noise the bird wouldnt be used to ?
-
How did i get dragged into this.......i never claimed to be a supporter of a big club......but the fact you was sitting writing this at 2 o clock while i was at my little clubs ground watching football suggests im far happier with my club than you are with yours ......all apart from a big gutless dosey northerner that is ! As regards attendancies and who the best supported clubs are etc.......id like to see Rangers and Celtic fill their ground week in week out when theres another 4 or 5 far bigger more succesful clubs within a 6 or 7 mile radius.................we are small fish in a huge po

I see ok ..............what about in normal day to day life in the aviary will unusual noises or movements stress a bird
-
I agree with some of you chaps i cant see anything funny about constantly repeating the word " motherfucker " and just swearing for the sake it.......Jim Davidson or Bernard Manning were funny for the things they said regarding different races not just purely standing there having a sideways swipe like these blacks are.....for me a genuinely good comedian shouldnt need to keep swearing or be shocking and outrageous to get a laugh.

Its a fair point and of course its a debate that has gone on since the time treadmills came out.....for every plus theres a minus and all told i personally think it just comes down to personal preference for anyone apart from a competetive distance runner. As regards joint impact proper commercial grade treadmills have a cushioned layer beneath the belt ( the home ones out of Argos dont ).....this is essentially the difference between running outdoors in proper cushioned running shoes and running outdoors in a pair of plimsoles. The reason footballers coming back after an injury for instanc

What you mean as in trying to get the kitten ?......Will a bird get stressed by any sounds/movement around the aviary then.....or just particularly unusual ones ?

......Everyone has strong and weak parts...for me the strong parts were across the shoulders and chest inherited from the ol man but the weakness was legs mine used to look like they were put on upside down i was all calfs ....id love to have that attitude but im an obssessive person unfortunately... ive quit many times over the years but soon get the old itch......just started lifting again recently after some back trouble last year that i thought might put the final nail in the coffin..........thank god i havent got to resort to the golf clubs just yet !!
