There seems to be so much bullshit on the subject of dog training........i came to the conclusion many years ago that its not necessarily something that can be learned from a book or in many cases from watching somebody or listening to somebody......................the best i ever saw with a dog was a man with very little academic knowledge and on the whole not a great deal of experience.......but boy could this man connect with a dog.........i could spend 6 months working with a dog and not get the same bond or level of connection this man could get in 6 days !.........Some things you either

Watched that fight earlier today......i was amazed i dont think ive ever seen a fighter as big at the weight as Jones looked.............looked like he could push on any time he liked ability wise but seemed a little tentative to me.......cant see that Henderson beating him from what ive seen he,s plenty game and durable enough but whether he,s got the athletic intelligence to get around Jones tools id have my doubts........whatever happened to that other chap Silva or was he a lighter weight.....make a nice scrap that would.

None of us are medical experts but sometimes its not difficult to see where a problem begins and ends......only that Frank would rather take a dig than give one will he not come out with certain things that will put his kids in an awkward position,and wouldnt we all do the same......and for me that shows a good unselfish very classy guy of far higher values than most.

The rights and wrongs of whether the uk should stage the Olympics in the first place is debateable.......but if we are going to then what better place than the nations capital....makes perfect sense. Yes im taking food......this will be the first time ive even camped one night out on my own so yes the camping part will definately be a challenge im no Bear Grylls like some of you lads i dont mind admitting......as for the couple of pricks who messaged to tell me what a big girl i am because its only a week and im taking my own food..........get in a boxing ring for 2 rounds ( just 6 minutes )with a bigger stronger opponent and see how you fair ....see its easy doing the things that come natural.....the test is when we step out of our comfort zone and do something that dont come natural....
