Im not talking about later in the day or a few hours after the weigh in.....im talking about f****n off these 30 minute ring entrances and getting the weigh in done with the introductions......as in hearing the first bell within 5/10 minutes of weighing in.........miss the weight and lose your purse........simple.

So by and large it was pretty much like every other tournament then pal ?......haha Jokes aside, the paddys were queuing up to give it me large last night when I got to football !.......my main enjoyment has been watching how well the West Ham players have been doing. I have been proud as punch to see how good they are and think that they play for our little club. Anyway, a few of my pals were in Nice and the weather looked tidy so at least you get that as comfort Seems like our boy Payet is stealing the show on the pitch and Super Slavs stealing the show in the tv studio from w

Its pretty much all been covered already.....but the weight a fighter gains between weighing in and fighting is the weight he will be working off during the fight....all fighters lose weight during a fight,if he hasnt rehydrated his body correctly he then hasnt got the weight to come off during the fight hence leaving himself raw and in a vulnerable position physically.....also as has been said the brain injuries that often occur are due to the lack of fluid surrounding the brain.....again due to dehydration......the brain sits in a pocket of fluid that acts as a cushion for the brain a bit li

I aint gonna start on you again Wilf as we,ve had it out before ......but since ive been following West Ham theres been 5 times in all those years we have been relegated......it broke my heart every single time but not once did i ever say or even think " f**k it im not following that shit anymore "........why do otherwise loyal sensible chaps throw the towel in when it comes to England but not their club i genuinely dont get it........its almost a form of glory hunting.

Not my cuppa tea but who are we to tell folk what to do if thats their traditions......i went to a couple many years ago only because i was trying my luck with a little senorita.... i was told taking a treacle to a bullfight before a meal was romantic and the done thing......just a shame her brothers didnt think so ! I know the toffee nosed university boys over West London all like it but its just not an East London thing i can honestly say i dont know anyone who is into the game......even at school i think we played it once and it just ended up in a mass brawl so we never played it again i dont think even the games teacher knew how to play it !.....i can appreciate and understand the enjoyment of the contact side of the game it all just looks a bit of a pointless mess to me.......anyway id find it too easy what with my slender graceful physique and finesse of foot id show them a clean pair of heels right

It's the fans like that I feel sorry for, spending all that money and then being let down by them in that fashion is gut wrenching for them.Make no bones about it that was a piss poor performance by England and the players and manager deserve all the fall out. Passion been talked about a lot in this tournament and England didn't have any last night. Dont feel sorry for me lads im rich ....nah only messing.....being let down is part of following sport if you never experience the shit times you dont appreciate the " i was there " moments which as fans you strive for......unfortunately ive neve

I have to admit.....im loyal bordering on blind loyalty when it comes to football but as an honest person theres just some shit you cant defend......that was far and away the most shambolic tournament from top to bottom that ive ever experienced.......i always try to defend this " no passion " thing people rant on about as a former sportsmen i probably try to have faith in the fact that ALL sportsmen want to win as much as i did and so try to find other reasons........but my god......as a reasonably intelligent man with a lot of experience in competetive behaviour even i cant stretch my powers

The Fury brother turned it down........some fighters can get away with taking their time,learning the game,developing as a man and as an athlete without damaging their stature as a fighter.................but if you win an Olympic medal common sense go,s out the window !

As you say all on them...but if you got the influence and money of certain big time promoters behind you...its less likely you will be caught If everyone is on them you would expect elite world fighters to have top knowledgeable strength and conditioning coaches who understand what you can get away with regarding juice......rather than have a person who knows little more than a junior school pe teacher.
