Yes i,ll be there mate ive a few scouser pals coming down supporting Derry Matthews the Davies/Matthews fight is the main fight im interested in i cant stand these silly carnival fights but yes i make you right if Haye has anything left id be surprised if it gets out the first few rounds......but if it does go past 5 or 6 rounds i think Bellew has a good chance.
  3. A lady ive known many years works for C2C Railways which is a London to Southend line, part of her job is sorting lost property which is left on trains.....i cant remember if its 3 or 6 months but whatever it is if the items not claimed within that time she auctions it off for a local childrens charity she does 2 or 3 auctions per year and it raises a nice few quid which shes been thanked and given awards for by the charity as the auctions are arranged and done in her own time etc.......can you believe ol bill turned up at the last one, stopped it and both she and the company are now having to g

I like your style mate and wish you well..........but i think theres more chance of Bellew winning than Matthews winning ive had my eye on Ohara Davies since he was a kid and with the right attitude and commitment he could be what Kirkland Laing could have been !....its his first real test as Matthews was a good fighter i just think Ohara will have too much for him. I think its almost impossible to tell with Haye/Bellew as nobody knows what Haye has left if he has even half of what he had then it will be a complete mismatch but if not then he could come unstuck.
  5. I totally agree with this, there is no justice quite like street justice and for the vast majority of everyday folk societies rules carry a lot more weight than the law does.
  6. I have a mate who,s an absolute tight arse he would risk life and limb picking up a 2 pence piece off a busy dual carriageway......can i now tell him he,s breaking the law Wilfs right its a fuss over nothing but folk are being discouraged from using common sense these days.
  7. Must admit i had to look the name up as he was a bit before my time .....but seems highly thought of up there did yous know theres a documentary about him called The Golden Vision......im gonna have a look for it now should be good to watch its always good to know a little about the iconic sports folk from different areas.

Hughie Fury ? If i remember right Briggs was offered around a quarter of a mill for the fight but felt that after all the months of self promotion he had done he was due a lot more on pay per view.......to then be brought back down to the real world and told its not a pay per view fight.
  9. Me too....my ol woman barely knows how to spread butter let alone make it !.....good on the little lady.
  10. What is wrong with some people do they have absolutely no pride whatsoever......cheap tacky pair of tramps.
  11. So looking at that filth is ok but peeping toms looking at birds taking a shower get nicked.....honestly its worrying to see how far societies standards are slipping.
  12. I watched the whole series of that Life Below Zero and thought this Alaskan Bush People would be similar......what a disappointment.....crock of shit.
  13. so can the brother to the best produce as good as his brother who is far better ? Definitely thats what the chap proved....but thats only within family breeding where you are stamping in certain traits and stacking the genetic odds in your favour of course.......for anything else it totally go,s against logic as Wilf said breeding best to best and culling the crap is the best you can do with unrelated dogs. And thats not knowledge Wilf its purely my opinion on observations and the way ive seen things unfold over the years im not saying im right
  14. It all just came perfectly natural round our way everyone was the same it was the 3 " f,s".....fighting,football and fanny......i think it gets a bit cringeworthy when you hear blokes in their 30,s and 40,s on about running round with football firms.....most people get to an age where you realise if your that way inclined theres dough to be made out of violence so violence for the sake of it becomes more risk than reward. I completely agree with that mate, it's one of reasons I don't go to pups and stopped going a long time ago. Those grown blokes who are always half cut and looking for a bit
  15. Just as an example of what im on about Wilf .... a well known gamedog breeder in Holland some years ago proved it by breeding the poorer performing siblings of a champion family bred dog.......and actually produced equal if not better dogs from the lesser performing dogs.......hence the term " its all in the genes " really does hold true.....different thing i know but you,ll get the logic.....i think if you inbreed on a totally scatterbred dog you can inbreed for many generations just as long as you are very selective.
  16. I think it depends on selection as like i say 2 inbred dogs from totally unrelated stock can have virtually nothing in common as the amount of variables are so huge.........meaning it can withstand heavier inbreeding than inbred dogs off loosely linebred dogs say......i always thought an outcross of 2 inbred family dogs produced the best performance dogs but again.....whether that would work in Lurchers im not so sure as by their very nature lines are not set as families.

  18. I think you start losing everything size strength vigour durability......the old saying is inbreeding doubles your qualities but trebles your faults in gamedogs i remember seeing some terrible physical specimens in the pursuit of gameness for that reason.....i imagine it work the same in all breeds.
  19. he had few different names over the years lol, he had nice bullx , he was ok , he wasn't bad lad , he liked few cans lol Oh i see i thought with Stan being a scouser he was on about Stevie Gerrard ....it dont even say Stevie my mistake
  20. That was 89 if its the one i think it is no i was out of all that by then but ive heard all the stories obviously.....in all fairness the couple of pubs it shows in that clip were both virtually empty Millwall were in the Duke of Albany and a couple of others i forget the names of them now......back then it was a case of outsmarting plod on the underground they expected our lot at London Bridge station but ours were coming from all angles going on the district line and lines they wouldnt expect getting out at other stations and meeting up off the plot it all looks pathetic looking back but it
  21. Who the f**k is this Stevie is it someone famous or just somebody on here ?
  22. suppose as well gnash , even if you bred game bred bulldogs , you still dont know if the pups will pick up them genes from there parents , and thats the same breed type dogs, so different breeds, its a lottery deff Exactly, many a gamedog breeder wont even go outside a certain family within a breed let alone a completely different breed thats how important it is to have those traits stamped in there......for some breeders an outcross is feared......different breeds granted.
  23. Breeding off of crossbred dogs is literally playing the genetic lottery you have virtually no clue how the genes are going to fall the pups could inherit a lot of the parents traits and they could inherit none meaning you could inbreed brother to sister and have the resulting pups share no actual traits even though they were bred from the closest genetic link possible.
  24. Yeah alright.....and i suppose you wore a pair of Trimm Trabs and Lois cords for digging the garden over !......wearing a Pringle and Kickers to our school you would of been ambushed on the Monday and your drum turned over by Friday Being perfectly honest mate im not sure i would of had what it took.....i always loved a scrap but im not into all that dying lark im not too clever around guns as ive seen the power they can give weak people and for me " a fight " has to be about more than just how far you are willing to go it doesnt take skill power and athleticsm to shoot somebody so i
