It definately makes a difference i did it with a roller and some of that blackboard paint...i cant remember why it was blackboard paint but did the job perfect you,ll notice how much clearer the birds are straight away.

It wont be welcomed on here for the exact thing i like about this site and that is its not governed by political correctness ! There was a time when we could fly our flag and be proud of our accomplishments now we have to be ashamed.....theres nothing worse than a culture that hates winning and for some bizarre reason we have it,we just hate winners.....and if you win too much or for too long you have to be reigned back in....instead of pushing your chest out and dominating you have to bow down and share the spoils of hard earned victory to those you have beaten. LIstening to white g

??? f**k me what have you been reading....havent just come out the shovel by any chance have you ?......the first part of their speech is an interesting story, white guilt and all that....but i take it you didnt get the second part ..." peaceful religion " ? ....it starts off telling you how its their right and duty to deceive no matter how violent or cruel as instructed in the Koran, advancement of the cause,Taqiya and all that shit....and ends up saying how you,ll be praised and rewarded as a good person for your violence and killing and how its only punishable in the West !...call to action,d

I feel like i havent explained that very well ? Put 1 arm in the position it would be in a bench press and put the other hand around the side/rear of your shoulder.....if you have reasonable musculature you will feel a very slight movement between normal grip and parallel grip......thats the Suprispinatus coming into play and its not intended to take heavy load in an unnatural position.
-
850 yards is spitting distance for Bob Lee ?
-
You have a muscle called the Suprispinatus which is one of the 4 rotator cuff muscles it comes into play when you move your arms away from the mid line of your body, depending on your build when you use a wide grip on a swiss bar you are actually pushing out as well as up and it can overload the Suprispinatus on a very unnatural angle due to the rotation of the grip.....also unless you have little 8 year old girls hands some of the spacings on them are terrible.....its just a bar i dislike but each to their own.
-
I feared thats what you might say.....seen a couple of nasty injuries with that bar i wouldnt have one anywhere near a gym !.....go easy with it ?
-
I thought we was at least into spring so in full t shirt mode....i refuse to get a jacket back on now its like admitting defeat.....probably looked a bit of a melt yesterday though when hailstones were coming down ?

With your hands facing each other ? is he balancing it on his fists ?

What bar is it if its not a trap bar .....whats it called mate ?
-
This is all good info as im in the middle of this series Shooter at the moment ?
-
Ive been a big advocate of the trap bar over the years ive used it for deadlifting, overhead pressing, shrugs, even bench pressing....sometimes you just find apparatus that fits you and you connect with it some of the heaviest lifts ive done have been with a trap bar i even had a mate weld it up to get more plates on.....feeling the bend of a 7 foot olympic bar is great for the ego but the same weight on a trap bar is a far safer lift. You are giving out some nice advice Shaark fair do's ?

Im a big believer in listening to your body but its something you only master over time....most people hit a brick wall after their first 3 - 4 months of training as you see fast growth but then your body says " f**k you i can take that now ".....so you have to keep shocking your body into growing....bodybuilding is simply an adaptation to stress if you dont stress your muscles you wont grow, but the lifting is only part of the growing process its all has to be done in order.....1,Train ( stress).....2,Rest ( repair )......3,Grow ( adapt ).....do it in a different order and you wont grow you ha

That looks fine....your best steering clear of the big chain gyms a quiet little place where you can concentrate and learn like that is perfect. And the aches you should be experiencing are perfectly normal....pain no....aches yes. Remember...." If you want things you have never had,you must be willing to do things you have never done " ? Just see how it go,s.

Theres nothing wrong with Crossfit all these activities are there for your benefit....but the fact is in a few years time it will be on the shelf with everything else......and thats how progress should be too......I came out of the gym game because i could see how it was going, when something becomes too popular it gets watered down into weaker forms and when The Great Outdoor Gyms started cropping up i knew it was time to get out but of course thats from a financial point......but also fitness is trendy now and it was never about that for me....societies are not defined by geography anymore th

Ive only been close to 1 and he,s my son in law....i,ll reserve judgement for now !.....but im sure its like any group of people theres good and bad i just think these lads are entitled to have their opinions on what they are fighting for heard.
-
Kipping pullups are for people who cant do real pull ups. Like any other era in fitness things go through trends.....and today its Crossfits turn.....thats all.
-
I think its quite refreshing to see how some of these lads feel about the country they are asked to fight and die for.....probably not the best way of saying it but how else can they be heard.
-
Im a very competitive person but ive found over the years most competitions to do with strength end up getting overtaken by ego i did a couple of powerlifting comps years back and just found it all a bit pointless....likewise i did a few bodybuilding shows and just found the whole thing a bit mincey and embarrassing standing on a stage flexing up covered in oil just wasnt a bit of me at all training has always been about personal growth, seeing how far i can push my mind into the pain and just the challenge of continual improvement....not about beating another man thats what fightings for ?
-
I shacked up with a bird in the Midlands for a while years ago i enjoyed the footie rivalries round there a couple of Wolves lads i remain pals with to this day they know their club and yes yous are riding the crest of a wave at the moment long may it continue.
-
Yes thats exactly what im saying one go's hand in hand with the other, its also why you see a lot of blokes still fathering kids into their 70,s and 80,s....not that id encourage that ? When you train all your life your test levels can remain close to what they were when you was 17 !....i piqued my own interest with this and looked up a few old bodybuilding names from years ago...Frank Zane 75...Bill Grant 71...Boyer Coe 73....even more recently Lee Haney 60 they all look fantastic and healthy....if a body is still high in testosterone and is still being broken down it will still adapt to
-
Stopped reading did you son...course you did ? A little bit of true truth and suddenly you,ve had enough of footie banter ? Remember stats are not opinions they are factual........and anyone can look them up !
-
Thank god for the Chinese eh ? No i like Wolves they're a nice club.....but i think it would be fair to say until their recent investors popped up they were at least half forgotten about ?
-
He,s pure yes he was from working stock but breeding wise i have no idea he is living in a pet home with an old boy who,s ill health means he can no longer care for the dog....he was put into a pet home as he,s gun shy which doesnt matter to me as i only want a dog for an outdoor pal type to accompany me on some countryside ventures, bit of a mooch etc
-
Im told he,s under 5 ft tall he must be built like a Dachshund ! Stone me i only put that pic on to show how a lifetime of fitness can keep testosterone at high levels....if you look at some of the well known bodybuilders from the 70's and 80's today they still have great physiques going into their 60's.....Franco Columbo is 76 and still looks great,Ferrigno mid 60,s etc....people think they are just gifted genetically but its high testosterone that keeps strength/fitness high later in life.....after the age of 40 they say a man loses 1% test per year so logically a 70 year old man should
