People always talking as though athletes and ex athletes should have healthier hearts than sedentary people is nonsense....any sport taken to an extreme level is going to have consequences its no coincidence that endurance athletes/marathon runners etc tend to have relatively short lives the free radicals built up over years of massive oxygen intake are not good for heart function.....anyone would think people never died of heart attacks before covid !

Its an old one everyones already watched but was laid in a hotel room in Liverpool at 9 yesterday morning watching " Heat "....i love that film ! I still say that scene in the restaurant with Pacino/De Niro is one of the best exchanges of mind games ive ever seen in a film.

Call me old fashioned but we need to just keep our nut down on this one.....sorry and all that but f**k the democracy of Eastern Europe we dont even have democracy or freedom in Britain !.....between speech crime,broken borders and state sponsored degeneracy to name just a few of our problems we are simply not qualified or stable enough to be interfering in overseas conflicts on the far side of a hostile domain that we have just broken away from!

In all fairness mate between crisis actors/mannequins/doctored pictures/old footage im not convinced many normal everyday folk have any trust or reason whatsoever to believe whats put out by the media anymore.....but that " meme " if thats what its called is aimed simply as it says.......at silly week to week experts/hobbyists who are no better than the other lot.

Thats one of the worst ones ive ever seen boxing really needs to start weeding out this type of corruption....i had a look at the scorecards and Ian John Lewis had Taylor 3 - 1 up after 4 rounds ?........Taylor lost the fight on the scales he was dead at the weight,all engine but no strength he's not the first and wont be the last....but judges have to be held accountable these are normal everyday guys who will be back at work this morning without a second thought to the fact they have just robbed a kid of his lifelong dreams its a disgrace.

Some people navigate London using pubs as landmarks i use gyms ?....you're near to Tee Jay's old gym he was a good fighter from my time his old man still runs the place i believe.....used to have the old Frontlines round there back then not an easy place to knock about.
