    Just my opinion but the next election I believe we are heading for a hung parliament, I do read these topics with interest and sometimes I write out lengthy replies to contribute, but then a little voice in my head says delete it don’t do it because you know you can’t be arsed with the constant table tennis of having to reply to defend your position, very frustrating reading sometimes but interesting otherwise I wouldn’t be here.

    I believe you have to start again with your tickets but once you have the basic knowledge in the UK it can’t be much different, another manager I know has also located to Saudi for a five year stint only recently, I would imagine it’s easy to be honest. The amount of times you’ve made your way back on here I would imagine getting a job on the railway abroad would be a doddle for you lol …

    My old Local Operations Manager upped sticks and emigrated to New Zealand he's now an operations manager for the railway in Wellington, I remember him nicking my PPE and RIO vest for me to take pictures of him standing next to the Network Rail Response vehicle to add to his CV, good luck to him this country is now a grade A shit hole.

    @Meece here is the original advert that I bought it from way back in 2017 and it stated 26” but thinking about it your right it’s probably 28” as a friend of mine had a 26” shotgun and I remarked on how short it looked and said it looked like a sawn off lol. Its a lovely well balanced gun but I can’t remember the last time I used it I always go for my rifle I enjoy it more, funny enough I took it out of the cabinet today after a mooch with the rifle and wiped it down with an oily cloth, here’s a few pics.     I was at both marches in june and july last summer and it couldn't have been more peaceful and good spirited people like her on the left are the real stirrers of hate and division you can see the hatred in the old hags face.

    Mick Lynch was my union leader when I was a railwayman I’ve recently retired I don’t agree with a lot of the RMTs politics because I lean right wing, but Mick Lynch and the late Bob Crow 110% had there members interests at heart when it came to conditions and pay both as stubborn as anything and will very rarely budge on their negotiating in the interest of their membership, I’m a lifetime Honorary Member now was an active member for nearly 25 years.

    Good on him mate he will never forget that I bet he was beaming, I remember my son when he was young I used to take him out with the hounds his face when they started singing in a wood it literally blew his mind he’s in his late 30s he still talks about it lol. It is a shame about the shooting section Gav Mr Sausage Benbhoy yourself amongst others good knowledgeable posts and it all just dried up, I go out 2/3 times a week I was out yesterday Pheasants Geese rabbits and fox were seen but I can’t be arsed to post on there now as hardly any one goes on.

    This video below was sent to my by my cousin it’s on the Isle of Dogs where I was brought up in the 60s/70s and a bit of the 80s at the beginning of the video you can see a bridge that is up known locally as the glass bridge but never had any glass in it as it was always vandalised, it’s claim to fame was featuring in a eighties TV programme called prospects, at about 26 seconds in you can see 2 blocks of flats there was 4 in total all with nautical names the two in the clip are Topmast and Midship point I Lived on the 15th floor in Topmast and 4th floor in Midship it was the councils idea of

    I have been in that pub as well The Prince of Wales loads of music and band pictures on the walls the beer was decent in there but I didn’t eat in there, I had a walk around the church at the bottom of that road lovely place, nice whisky shop in town as well. Edited to say I took the same picture lol
