    Of course the demand doesn't dissappear but the goods cost increase through protectionist taxation making those goods less competitive in the market. I think it's entirely probable we'll renegotiate some sort of second rate deal and we'll all still be drinking champagne while driving German cars in Italian suits! LOL.     we barely sell f**k all to the eu without looking at figures I know the french dont buy our cheese or our alcohol, no one bought our cars so now we have no car industry, all the shipyards went bust, you name it they dont buy it.     When I started this thread, it was to get an idea of how a cross section of people would actually vote. As we have people from all over the country voting, all-be-it all nearly all (political activists apart) have an interest in hunting. That is why I made the poll so that no one could see how anyone else has voted. Not every one has the same political ideals, but just remember each persons ideals are just as real to them as yours are to you, no matter what side of the fence your on.     We sell in the EU and import from the EU. For those sales to take place there is a demand on both sides. If we leave the EU does that demand disappear? Does it feck! There is no reason on this earth why it should, plus without the mindless bureaucracy that the EU creates to try and justify it's position. They could even have the goods cheaper as the firms are not tied to that money sapping, quango that is the EU. TC

    I agree 100%, this is not like voting in an election, where history has shown that it is rigged. This is a genuine first past the post vote so every vote will count, no matter where in the country you are. That is why I will vote, even though I do not vote in elections. TC

    One of my uncle (mothers brother) at Stonehenge in 1942 he is the one on the right. Interesting person his son done a blog about his life shortly after his death. An interesting read he was with the British forces who went into Hiroshima after the yanks dropped the bomb.     What's that about £35 a month? For gas heating hot water and cooking I pay an average of about £52 a month through the winter so it does, even taking the cooking into account seem cheaper. TC

    The kids always asked what my parents were like, it's great to have a photo for them to reference too, as it is their history as well as mine. The youngest granddaughter who is just 3 is fascinated by it and tells everyone who wants to listen or not "that is my great dadcu he is in heaven now. TC

    My parents died when I was young, and for many reasons I did not have any photo's of them. Last week my nephew sent me a picture of my father from around 1959/60. I must admit it did bring a little lump to my throat but looking at the photo, he is just as I remember him even after nearly 50 years. The original copy he sent me had fold and crease marks but he attempted to restore the photo and it has not turned out too bad. The original I am the one on the far right with my brother and eldest sister with my father in front of a 1950's Ford Anglia van.. The restored photo.
