  1. If they ever did get approved for use over here, I think they would have to be used on a rental basis, where you rented the trap out and then for a separate fee checked it,, if the customer did not wish to do that themselves. TC
  2. At 49p per NZ$ they work out at about £2.75 each when bought as a pack of 10. http://goodnature.myshopify.com/collections/frontpage/products/co2-replacement-ten-pack The A24 give 24 resets per cartridge, so about 10. something p per shot. TC
  3. And are the CO2 cartridges affected by the cold? Good question, It seems they are, the colder it gets the more the pressure drops. I done a google for Co2 gas the best one I could come up with that explained it was on a home brew forum. http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f11/co2-tank-pressure-129540/ It seems that by putting the Co2 canister in the fridge it lost 25% of it's normal output at room temperature. TC
  4. I could see those traps cammo'ed up in the top of a tree being devastating for squirrels. TC
  5. For what it's worth, I have read all the alleged accounts of what happened and there seems to be different stories for each account. The fact of the matter, as has been previously stated, he was found guilty of rape. When i was younger it was not unheard of to wake up, thinking where the hell am I, and did I really do that? I am sure a few that I have woken up with have said the same thing to themselves. But, does the fact that we both shit faced and can't remember make it alright? Cos if not, there are a hell lot of rapists out there. TC
  6. To be honest Fraz I thought that initially. But I think I was wrong to do so. Necessity is the mother of invention is an old adage, but none the less true. There was a need for those inventions so they set about trying to reinvent some and invent others. Without the need for those applications it is questionable if anyone would have had the foresight or the money to develop them. TC
  7. Click on see all on one page. Click on the second link I posted there's another 50 there. TC
  8. Here's 50 more. http://kearth101.cbslocal.com/2011/07/21/list-stuff-we-use-everyday-that-was-invented-from-the-space-program/ TC
  9. Space travel has given us many inventions that we use in everyday life. Here are just 10 of them. http://www.discovery.com/tv-shows/curiosity/topics/ten-nasa-inventions.htm TC
  10. Been watching this storm for a few days now, at first it was not predicted to come our way, now it is. As usual the papers will big it up but it is no worse than anything we have had this year so far. http://www.weather.com/news/weather-hurricanes/hurricane-gonzalo-virgin-islands-puerto-rico-20141013 Look for the blue circle in the bottom left corner then track it for the next five days, by clicking the play button. http://magicseaweed.com/North-Atlantic-Surf-Chart/2/?chartType=PRATE TC
  11. In this one, you'll probably need a zoom, to be fair. Full screen at least! Follow the grass line on the right of the path, up the hill. If you're using a phone...give up now. Nope. Still don't know what I am looking for, and cannot see anything even at full screen. I can see something lying in the bushes but it just looks like a mound to me. TC
  12. Tried looking for snipers, no chance. So tried looking for a face, no chance. I give in what are we looking for? Might be an idea to tell you what I was looking at. http://i.huffpost.co...448256_free.jpg TC
  13. I see it now, so there are two in that picture, if you enlarge my pic and look in the circle there is a face in there also. TC
  14. Fair comment, it was not a trick question. The thing is we all believe that all life needs oxygen, but just how much does life need. I remember seeing a program about worms that live in sulphur out falls from an undersea volcano. The sea around the outfalls is almost pure acid yet these worms still live there. It just made me think that an atmosphere similar to ours is not a prerequisite for life, life can be found in much harsher conditions. TC
  15. I thought this face was the rock one.
  16. For the first one think live and let die. Baron Samedi. TC
  17. The first one took a while but the rest were easy. TC
  18. The mothers nose and mouth is upside down? TC
  19. Fraz, no malice in this question just a genuine interest. What would happen if an inhabited planet was found that did support "Life" how would that fit in with the creationists? TC
  20. Done it mate. Several times. I've never been able to see those magic eyes picture either. I am the same have never been able to see 3D as I only have one working eye. But I can see the "picture" when I close my eyes. TC
  21. FFS don't show that to Frazdog. TC
  22. IT seems to me the common denominator is google chrome along with a photobucket account. I have PB account and have not had any issues, but I use firefox, fecking hate anything to do with google. TC
