Those guys “are of a type”.

I didn’t look for a “Source of info” I just watched a program on it lol,I actually enjoyed the program,as did many others, but it’s light hearted entertainment, champy doesn’t exist nor Nessie, that much is more obvious.
-
Yes,fish locker is good, starting to get about a bit now,did Florida and was up in Canada a few weeks back,he would actually make a good TV fishing presenter.
-
Fish-locker who used to be on here makes a decent wage,I think it’s over $100k USD before tax?
-
Northern Wilderness was at finchale abbey right next to Sunderland,an incongruous setting for a wilderness school.
-
It has actually been said, even by Jeremy Wade who came to fish lake Champlain that the Nessie like creature is most probably one of the huge sturgeon.
-
The bee keeping I wouldn’t mind trying, you could do bushcraft courses and stuff, there’s a market for it.
-
What’s the long term plan/goal?

The more drama and challenges Heggie gets the more cash his multiple monetised channels earn him, that’s why he continuously creates drama, but it hasn’t longevity,he can’t sustain it I don’t think without a big name fight, and if he loses……

Could have been having a paddle and got out of his depth.

There’s supposed to be a relative of Nessie over here in lake Champlain (20+ times the size of Loch Ness) called Champy. there’s a few live-cams online where anyone can watch different areas of Loch Ness in real-time,but I think even Adrian Shine the guy who moved from Surrey to monster hunt beside the lake for decades now agrees whatever it is it’s not a dinosaur.

The top pic reminds me a little of the pyramids of ghiza, first thing I thought of when I saw it,the background rock formation. -
It’s national hunt the Loch Ness monster weekend, hundreds of people from across the globe have descended upon the banks of the loch hoping to spot Nessie, this pic was taken recently.

I am sure he said he earns £7k a month?Probably why he churns out content continuously, views and controversy = £

Just had a catch-up with the Decca saga, see who his next fights with. What a drama, his dad kidnapped some kid, then some guy punched the dad and he got arrested, and Decca just put a post up saying he is returning to the UK,but no word on his next fight,Paul V maybe?

Wild Camping, Hiking, Back pack, Tent talk, Mini camper etc.......
mackem replied to hawki's topic in General Talk
When I did the bits of the route earlier in the year I decided to camp,I don’t want to be tied into being at certain hotels/lodges on certain dates, for me that’s a bit too rigid I like my freedom and flexibility to go where I like when I like, and there’s side valleys to wander up if I want.Food, well, the lodges on the route will pack you a decent meal to carry, quite looking forward to it to be honest, get up just below the snow line and sit with my thoughts for a while,I always do that. -

It’s not really a big hike mate,to be honest it’s just a decent walk,I was in Switzerland twice earlier this year and both times I did a short section when I had a spare day,it’s roughly 165-170 kilometres taking in a loop through France,Italy and Switzerland,I do around 17 km a day currently, did 22 km one day last week along a river, done high altitude trekking in the past so it will be quite enjoyable to spend time alone on the trail. -
Surrey British Columbia,it’s cocaine bear about to do a backside heel flip.

6 degrees of separation,it’s a big old planet but it is indeed a small world. -
Correct,if one side holds sway it’s just an echo-chamber,a true discussion like a coin has two sides, differing viewpoints both aired.
-
Sounds good mate, especially the vehicles,I read an article about Bruce compton,he leased the Fury tank and a load of kit to the producers of “Fury” and made a few old quid, you used to see old martini Henry’s and other odd weapons piled in the corners of the weapons shops on the khyber pass, would be the ideal place to rummage around.
-
If he is interested in militaria and antique weapons keep an eye open for kempton park militaria day,I always go when back in the UK,I saw trench knives and all sorts of interesting stuff the last time I went, very interesting.
