Went into two stores yesterday,both selling Christmas decorations,and got an advanced Halloween party to attend this weekend,there’s a time and a season for everything.

My neighbour has a blue LED mozzie zapping lamp,all you can hear when your sitting out there is snap,crackle and pop.I stayed in a hotel once that supplied a tennis racket mozzie zapper in the room,better than watching TV chasing mozzies around the room.

Quick and easy to make bay-area pacific shrimp noodles,learnt it from a mate in San Francisco but spiced it up with a touch of Chillie,having it now as a late lunch.

I am not into footy at all,but watching the series he comes across as astute,and a likeable bloke,he did a good job of building the brand beckham,assured his kids of a decent future.

Good series on the Beckhams on Netflix at the moment,both shrewd cookies,his hobby is bee-keeping.

I once got invited to a party in Pakistan,one of the guests was a customs officer who turned up with a few bottles of whiskey,met another guy brewing illegal booze called Hunza water,let he who is without sin cast the first stone.

Thanks gaz,and happy thanksgiving.A 60 would be unreal,had a 30 and that was fantastic,but a 60 and a halibut in the same week would be next level.I will have a chat with my kids about it,time passes quick,got memories to make.

Thanksgiving here today,went to welcome mountain (not as good as when I went to murder mountain) to pick apples,got 20 kilos of different varieties as ‘er indoors is a proper Canuck and wants to make jam and apple pies,enjoyable day despite the rain,the orchard worker said they sometimes get black bears on the fields,got some warm apple and cinnamon doughnuts and a nice coffee. -

I know Alston well,I got a sparrow hawk chick from there as a kid. I was at a party last night and got an invite to fish for trout in a few weeks from a lady who is a really good fisherman.Here’s a clip from a few weeks ago at a fish-counter.
