  4. Sweet Can you cut me a couple of chunks off that old Walnut?, I quite fancy having a go at making my own stock for my baby Stealthy: If you think they are comming out a fair old way, you should see how far they come out on the new permission I'm chasing, When I go home from the paddock or the cemy, I cut through a field next to the cricket club, I was telling Davy about this place, As I enter and walk along the footpath, the ground just lifts up in waves of grey and brown and they run in stages, but in unison best way to describe it is as a Mexican Wave and the sheer numbers are

Nice one Fry I started off with one very small permission (a village cemetery) and now words getting round, I have 2 adjoining permissions and another smallish one a few hundred yards away, and now another one a few miles away. Matt Your correct about the UV enhancers in washing powder I run the washing machine through an empty wash 1st Just to get rid of any left over scent from the softners the wife insists on putting onto the clothes. Then I give the gear a wash without wash detergent and no softner, then give it a few extra rinses then hang it out to dry. Phantom SPA for making me laugh
  9. Yeah but some make good willy warmers and ear muffs but not with fishnets on, they tend to chaffe Sorry, lack of sleep again Phantom
  10. Well Ben, When you feel the need to ask, there will allways be someone here to answer Just remember, Head shots are the key a little lump of lead needs to be placed just right for a proper job. The Very Best Advice anyone can give, is spend lots of time on the paper targets before going for the bunnies and stuff. Shooting at different ranges and in wind is a whole different ball game to shotties Enjoy the shooting, it'll have you and your dad hooked for life Phantom
  11. I paid a mere £70 for that one it came with a Bisley 4x32 scope on a very good one piece mount (as well as open sights) Its a copy of the Gamo Hunter. The guy gave me the reciept for the gun, he had purchased it only about 6 weeks earlier, for his young lad, ut it was a bit on the large side for him. He paid £130 for it. this is 3 years backt hough. I love to shoot this springer and its running at about 10.5 ft/lbs Phnatom

  15. Hi there Fry, :welcomeani: to the forum Now about your question Oh you can't, its GONE  You have no idea how long I have waited for the opportunity to use that RTFM icon Okay right on a more serious note Most camera's nowadays take good sized images and the 500K is no longer suitable for our needs so what I advise people to do is goto photobucket.com and create an account (its free if you dont mind the adds, you get so you dont see them after a while anyways) Once you have created the account, you get to upload your images to their servers goo

Ohhhh errrr Andy, Is there something your not telling us? Either that or you deffo need to knock the e-numbers on the head I'd do the same, but I'd be working on the Miss n Mrs Woodies Right Guys very usefull information warning for yaw'l Dunno why I didn't remember this before, must be this Russian Lager A friend of mine used to decoy Woodies (Still does as far as I am aware) using paper decoys on balloons so they move in the field. You may have seen some of his videos or his articals in the popular mags and one thing he did show worked exceptionally well was that h
  21. Yeah I know but the new version just screams "LOVE ME" (or other four letter words to that effect) to me and I thoroughly intend on getting both the new one and the HW100 I know the old original S16 had many a problems and from what I have heard they were almost always down to the pretty shoddy machining from the factory! But with a little TLC (or BluePrinting as its now known) they could (according to one owner who will shoot NOTHING ELSE but the S16) be as reliable and accurate as his old Galil SR when he served with the IDF (lucky git!). Only when they are out there in the field
  22. I doubt, I will ever get rid of my AA S200 either, taret precision with Hunting power. Like I said, can't go wrong with AA guns Heres a link to the new version of the S-16 http://www.solware.co.uk/blog/?p=195 Phantom
  23. Cant go wrong with Air Arms But I'm still thinking about the Edger Brothers version of the S16 Phantom
