    Your right about it being a working dog site.....but I've asked repeatedly over the years for one person to come forward and state that they have been out with mb working his dogs? How often are prospective pup purchasers adviced "see the parents working"? Does mb offer this? mb dogs do please some owners in the field no doubt about that,and the same goes for Hancocks dogs breeding from non working parents.     If you look up research into the wild eu polecat done on the continent, it clearly details that there is 2 distinct colour variations in them. The first is a meadow/hedgerow hunter that is lighter in colour due to the habitat it hunts/lives in, the second is much darker and lives/hunt in forest/woodland, so basically their coats suit where they live to blend in with the surroundings, now when anyone claims they have trapped/caught a wild polecat why are they always the darker ones they managed to catch?     every time eu polecats get mentioned on thl the pictures are always of kits, why do we never see 2nd season or even older eu polecats pictured on here?     Matt the rat you seem to know a lot about this cull, I have nt seen an answer to my question anywhere; Are the badger carcasses being tested for TB? and how long would it be still present in a carcase? hopefully when the figures are released (might take 25yrs FOI act)and show the percentage of badgers that actually were carrying the TB virus, which could shut the anti's up or have them crowing from the rooftops IMHO Y.I.S Leeview

    are the ferret box co from york or near there? Yes the address is York why whats wrong ?     Nothing unusual there shes been mated gone through the cycle and no kits so comes back into season At this time of the year she wont be in season for too long. I have 2 jills been in season for the summer and came out naturally about 4 weeks ago Y.I.S Leeview

    It happens more often than you think especially among the show/eu/microbreeders Keep them in blacked out conditions with the light on a timer switch, 6hrs darkness 6hours light induces the ferrets into season, having the ferrets believe the days have equal daylight/darkness just like in nature Y.I.S Leeview

    the mk1's have got a 15ft depth find and the mk3's have either an 8 or 15ft depth find aswel, if my ferret was stuck at 15ft i wouldnt stop digging untill i retrieved it, thats what ferret finders are for Mk1 come in 8' and 15' depth finders Y.I.S Leeview
