Had our hob vasectomised earlier this year.Must admit i wasn't to happy about the £50 vets bill, but i don't fancy the idea of having jill's jabbed. Our hob was in and out the same day, with no complications. We let him service one of the jills 5 weeks after the op,and another jill 7 weeks after. No kits and the jills came out of season within days.

I see it every year on a couple of bits of permission i hunt.Usually seems to appear around late August/early September, then seems to settle down later in the season, with one or two of the rabbits we take showing the healed up wounds from the myxy. Went out yesterday evening to recce a bit of permission where i haven't seen any infected rabbits for over ten years, and found these three poor feckers within 50 yards.

Id rather shoot my dogs, and give up hunting than vote for the f*****g tories They made a c**t of the job last time they were in power,no second chances from me im afraid, and if anyone honestly thinks they'll repeal the ban, well you may as well piss in the wind.I get my hands dirty for a living and the torie's have a track record of screwing the working class.I'll be voting for NONE OF THE ABOVE!

Englishman,Irishman and a Scotsman are sitting on a train. The Englishman pulls out a photo and looks at it and sighs,"is that your son"asks the Scotsman,"yes thats George"the Englishman replies."He was born on St Georges day so i named him George" "thats amazing" says the Scotsman,"my son was born on St Andrews day so we called him Andrew" Paddy looks at them both and says "i can't believe what i'm hearing, just wait till i get home and tell Pancake about this"

Good post p***y,but it seems to be the "in thing" on here lately,to be questioning the ethics of other terriermen.I've never owned a terrier from any well known line's.Mine usually come from a friend of a friend, and occasionally i've bought in.I've got two here at the minute, one i bought from an ad,no names no history,no bullshit, and i'm not dissapointed, the other i was given by a mate.It is clear from some of the post's,that there are some knowledgeable folk on here, but in all honesty,i really couldn't give a flying f**k about who sell's this and who breeds from that.If you know what you want

Can anyone claim ? Raeson i ask is on mine and my wifes current acount,we have been charged quite a few times over the years for being pennies overdrawn. One example, the tv license direct debit was due, good old auntie tried to take it 3 days early, insufficient funds in account. The bank bounced the payment which was £29,they charged me £25 for a non authorised overdraft, then when i put the money in the account to cover the direct debit, the bank took it for the charge, and bounced the direct debit payment again and charged me another £25. Last week i had to take my BeddyxWhippet to the emergen

My daughter has been coming out with me ferreting, shooting, fishing, working the lurchers since she could walk.At school she is always excelling both academically and in sports. At the last parents evening, her teacher described her as a "model pupil, who always works hard,is kind and thoughtful to her classmates, and is a pleasure to teach" at home she is always keen to help around the house, feed the dog's etc. When out hunting she doesn't mind getting stuck in,gutting, carrying etc,and she loves animals and wildlife, and would have no hesitation in reprimanding someone if she seen them being cruel to

The polar bear was in the Cresta ad's "its frothy man" The Corona add was the bubble's "every bubble's past its fizzical" Trapdoor what a classic.

Nice fish Tote.I remember spinning for bass on the beach at Pontlyfni in north wales, was starting to get dark so my brother and i wandered up the beach and cast into the mouth of the river where it crosse's the beach (no more than 25 feet wide) first cast bang! my first and only sea trout.Wish i could say it was as big as your's but it was probably only half the size.Returned unharmed.

I'm not 100%,but i think George Newcombe outcrossed his bedlingtons with lakey and i think border blood ?? Although there's people on this forum far more qualified on the subject than me,who will know the answers. He was trying to produce a working/old style bedlington terrier, not the roach backed show rubbish you see today. This is the mother of my BeddyxWhippet she's pure Rillington Hope the lad that owns her doesn't mind me putting the pic up.

I was at the gamefair at Ragley hall a few weeks ago. There were stacks of 4x4's in the car park, with gundogs locked in.Luckily the weather was pretty dull that day so it wasn't hot,but still no excuse.Remember seeing a terrier locked in a car at a car boot sale last year, and it was f*****g baking hot,the dog was there in the shade at 10 am,and was still there at 3,when we came back, only the sun was straight on the car and the poor feckin dog was cooking. My wife went and told one of the security people, they came over took one look and smashed the window.Daft b*****d wandered over about twenty

My old man told me he started taking me out on his shoulders with "laddie" our colliexgreyhound, when i was about 3 or 4 years old,so i guess thats the start of it.There was an abandoned railway embankment, about half a mile from our house, and it was riddled with rabbits. The dog had also swam and caught a few ducks while my dad would push me on the swings in the local park.We also used to go ratting on the demolition site at the bottom of our street, but in all honesty,i remember the dogs, but not the hunting trips. When i was about 7 my elder sisters boyfriend would take me fishing, with my Winfi

I'm no expert on insects i'll admit, but i never knew that woodlice carried there young around on there underside.I found the dogs playing with this in the kitchen, and then noticed the cream coloured dots on its underside moving There were lots more than in the pic's,but they all abandoned ship, when the dog flipped the mother ? over.Am i correct in thinking these are young. ?
-
Correct on both counts kay.
