    just be carefull mate, if you dont do it to building regs with correcct head height,firedoor, fireboarding,escape velux etc the council(if they find out) can make you take the staircase back out and put a loft ladder in to try and stop you using it as a bedroom. this recently hapend to my mate of mine who is a joiner. with all the building sites that have closed down in the past year or so the planning department are scratching around now sticking there noses in to every bodys business trying to justify there own jobs

    the pups look spot on CG,sure to do the new owners proud, i have seen the sire work a good few times now and he is an out and out pot filler, Snipe is 10 years old now and has never let his owner down. these pups are a bargain.

    as long as your dogs are fed well, have clean water and the runns are clean the arsepca cant do feck all, in fact they will be glad to see they are in good order. your kennals are easy big enough mate, i would pad lock them tho anyway, with all the dog thefts going on its peace of mind for your self, good luck with it all fella

    Hi Lofti,Don and only one other from the litter came to England the remainder are over in Ireland,i know one was quite aggresive towards other dogs and even humans so he's just homed on a small holding basically as a guard dog over in Ireland lol,my mate from over in Ireland who pupped Don & Co has one that is doing the business very well on the big fellas out on the hills,she's not very big but very game and their litter sister who his brother owns is much lighter in the frame and could just about be passed over as a whippet/grey but she's making quite a name for herself over there mainly
