  1. You won't find it there. It's a Scottish verb. As in: 'am gonna kick his c**t in if he dissnae get tae f**k.' Here's another Scottish saying that i hear quite regular I'm gonnae kick that c***s bawbag in.......... That one puzzles me!!!!!! How can a c**t have a bawbag........ Shemale perhaps
  2. Yip they hunted dinosaurs with a bullasaurus rex
  3. Really like the first shot your mate done well
  4. Certain areas of the country had a high man to woman ratio and the ones that couldn't get a woman took to humping goats...hence the saying "getting on my goat"
  5. This is always going to cause debate between dog men and shooters......the arguement with dogs is that running Hares takes out the weak and infirm in the majority of the time. On the other hand shooting doesn't descriminate against old, young, fit or unhealthy. Some of the numbers I've heard about on Hare shoots are unbelievable with numbers running into the hundreds...to me that isn't sport or hunting....but each to their own I spose
  6. As you can see from the shots you took this mode lends itself more to old buildings/ruins that kind of thing....try to keep an eye on the sky especially if its really bright as it will burn out....filters can be useful in this regard....as the above post from Bootsha says just enjoy it and keep at it you'll pick up bits as you go along. Try using the Arperture mode and experiment with the different settings...as your confidence gets better so will your pictures...try watching some of the tutorials on here or on Utube for tips and ideas. Good luck and look forward to seeing more of your stuf
  7. You only need to look at different species and how they adapted to their environment, whether or not its a mutated gene is irrelevant it's how they adapt to the change...in terms of the greyhound I suspect that a lot of selective breeding went into the process with the weak and the slow going to the wall....and the Greyhound of today is probably a lot different than it's ancestor in conformation and appearence.....still think it were the Arcadian's tho....a sleakit race.
  8. you & me both Your far to modest about your stuff Mrs
  9. That will make scothunter's day knowing his ancestors were black
  10. Rangers fan's thinking their club is going to be ok
  11. Let me try and shed some light on this. It was the Arcadians who first began breeding dogs for hunting and began churning out various types of what we now refer to as dogs (10million yrs B.C.) The leading proponent of this mass production of dogs was a guy called Dave who was a keem inventor. Dave hit on the notion that he could make his fortune on selling these dogs to the more well healed members of Arcadian society. Dave was well ahead of his time but not all of his ideas turned out as planned. For instance his prototype of the million candle powered lamping kit never got of the ground
  12. yip usually followed by a picture of something so small its impossible to tell
  13. The shots were from 2010 Bill and we had found the nest ....but at the time with the little knowledge I had couldn't get anything but a blur from the distance I was shooting at. Also by the time we had found the nest it was coming to the end of their last brood. The shots I did get were from one of their feeding stations. Tried everywhere last year to find their nest but had no luck. Only got fleeting glimpses of one so never got any shots at all. I dont know if the bad weather last year had anything to do with it. Found a couple of different places this year to try my luck so hopeful
  14. The distance I was from them they should have been pin sharp but I had no idea about my camera settings or how to adjust my shutter speed
  15. Looking through my old stuff and some of these shots could have been half decent if I knew what I was doing at the time...let's see yours

  18. No mate they're def not park Deer....two of the stags crossed in front of us as we were driving through the glen....they hung about long enough to get their pics taken before disappearing into the forrest....when the weather is bad the deer come right down to the roadside....we were litterally 6ft from the Hinds who wern't phased at all...maybe because we were shooting from the car.
