the last 2 times ive been out ive ended up with does with unborns, one the dog caught(his first rabbit) and the second one my jill bolted im thinking either this weird weather weve had this year with summer taking ages to come on(the last month) has made em breed more this year, or they are just breeding all year round

far out mate, and they tell me this ferreting games safe as houses

basically we ferret the after harvest, all the way up to when the crop is very small, once its cropped we dont do it i have noticed the rabbits breed or seem to pair up when the crop is sowed, we dont ferret then but lately ive been going out during summer(this year summer has come really late, not till last month did we get it, normally dec is quite hot) and have had a few does with unborns its not put me off ferreting for a few months, i also seem to be getting a lot of 1/2 and 3/4 growns Officially i dont know of a season in Oz, things are done different over here perhaps, mayb

Hey all, so what is classed as your season? times of the year are no good to me as the weather is different over here, i guess i am interested in the times of year you are in season for bunnies(eg summer, spring, winter, autumn)

they could possibly get a nasty dose of the scours i belive like onion it is not real good for em, but powder i dont know there was a really good post on here a while back about veges u can and cant feed, mentioned garlic and onion

get a bunch of terriers and smoke em out there was talk on a US board of some guys importing some ferrets over there from working stock i believe

my mate has a pure deer in australia, he is about 14months old or there abouts, takes a while to wind up but once he does man is it a sight, watching him just fly, they are a magical dog to watch run ive got a stag, which is primarily deer x grey, with a bit of wolf in it, but the line goes back quite a bit, youd be looking way back, maybe 20 years or more to find a pure dog... they had new stag blood put in them about 16 years ago so the stag then could of had pure not far back but no one knows if its the dog you like then get it, might not be the best, definately wont be the worst

I believe the antis hacked the site, if hey have and it can be proven I would say the owner will look to take serious legal action, they have also brought down the Australian pig doggers and hunters association of australia incorporated, which if it can be found out who did this then there will be serious legal issues heading there way

Would like to point out a few things about these ppl I have read on the site that members of it support KNOWN terrorist organistations - Earth liberation front(ELF) and Animal liberation front(ALF). Also PETA, whom while not a terrorist org as such, they do support terrorist acts, even give financial support to them.

i guess if you look at it when they had airedale terriers, the ones that would grab a lion or whatever would get killed, therefore not bred off, so either by accident, or genetic selection(even if it was out of the human hands) you would expect the airedales not to hunt them in that way

hey guys does the gluco and stuff have to be made for dogs or does normal human tablets work, what are the doses you use also do you guys use electrolytes and greyhound nutriets like vitamin e? Pm me if you want im thinking the electro's might be good for dogs in my climate, hot and humid

nearly had one slip last saturday, it actually got clear of the net and i grabbed it just before it got to safety, u see it bolted pretty hard and hit a low branch, so it didnt purse properly, i sprung over there to grab it and as i went to grab it got out, but as i was moving in that general direction i happened to grab it a split second after getting out had another one hit the net so hard that she went half way through the net, im pretty sure she broke all her ribs when she hit the net too, that was a b*****d to get out of the net, was a right tangle

i wonder if it would be possible to get sperm from that line over here, to put some of their blood into our stags, certainly an interesting thought

the way i look at it a picture on video can show a snapshot of time, it does not necessarily reflect what happened before, or after and can then in the wrong hands be twisted into somehting it is not i dont hear them squealing about the poor b*****ds that are over there trying to help the iraq ppl, maybe they should report the good things that are being done

nice dog merlin, glad to hear the parents worked i reckon to be true to ourselves we should try and stick with those that are alike us, get dogs from those that work them, to keep the true working dogs going and as a whole try and breed better dogs for it. i would like to see that over here, there are ppl over here who are working towards it

your going to have to ferret that warren, no point having a dog that marks an empty warren, dont encourage the dog to mark any hole, they will false mark

the only thing you need to wonder is did they get worked? if they didnt then i'd forget about them and look at real working line dogs

i dont think the smell is that bad really, ive had my jill do it a few times first time was when the dog snuck up on her when she was at a warren, then we put her and a hob down a bigger warren and she sprayed him, then when i got my hob one of them sprayed in the cage that afternoon its strong, but not horrible, but then maybe ive become desensitized
