    Same as you really enjoyed the tier 2 games n the continuous improvements made by these country's can only be good for the game can't it especially in world cups, that's the thing with rugby league as much as I like it there's only 3 teams in it really that's got a chance n it's usually the green n golds or the kiwis, Iv really enjoyed this rugby union World Cup with the different country's and abilitys n performances n hopefully now after this w c country's governments such as Japan's will put there hands in there pockets n fund the game proper n it will increase in popularity n end up bein

    Unlucky wales thought they were the better team until abut 50 minutes but fair play the Aussies did a good job keeping them out great defence by them..

    Use a few different things but milk and a banana is one that I like sandy like you say it has natural salts and sugars along with the calcium protein and cals all good natural post workout plus they enjoy it aswell so no messin, then later on some offal and honey mixed in with there usual meal..

    Great country and great people really like japan hardly any crime over there aswell nice safe place very interesting culture loads to do and loads of smiles not the only good place but tis a great place..

    I'm a rugby league fan but Iv tried to and have got right into this World Cup and have enjoyed some of it but all the kicking penaltys n fanying about with it have done my head in n loads of them penaltys look to be for fook all not to mention all the bad tackling and lack of bottle when running the ball in Iv seen, take watsons try tonight for excample he should have been smashed but the ausi clearly dodged him to his left n half heartedly brush passed him while then making a half hearted effort to then tackle him from behind which was as he knew full well was not good enough and to to late a
