  8. yes i do so what your saying is as long as its been past before and i have permition and i have phoned them up i can go on that land and shoot foxes? If you want to shoot on new land, ring up you FEO, give them the address, if its passed..YES. you can shoot. But make sure you ring. If it is not passed, they have to (in their time scale) come out and inspect it and give you an answer, but dont rush them!!
  9. A closed ticket means you have permission to shoot over the land you declared on your application for a firearms certificate. And any other land that you ring up and check is cleared with you Fire arms licensing department. And only the class of quarry you have listed. If it is a .22lr or .17hmr that generally means ground vermin such as rabbits, crows on the deck, magpies on the deck, other animals on the general license classed as vermin and on the Ground.. If you have a centrefire, then the terminology is as you have put above.."in connection with estate management" and you have

  18. I used to work in a fishing tackle shop when I was 16-18...(37 now) The gaffer went on holiday..during which time there was a power cut...The fridges went off on a Saturday night, I opened up on a Monday morning, to a whole...and I mean whole shop covered in maggots......in every conceivable orifice, nook and cranny... I used a hoover, which was never the same again..... To be honest, i felt like jacking the job , and shutting up the shop after about 20 mins of clearing up.....but I got it sorted by mid afternoon....sort off!!

  20. The seed was planted following a rabbiting trip with a good friend and occasional shooting companion Michael. Who is a colleague from a previous role at work. He had joined my self and Stewart for a long evenings rabbiting on a farm in Fife..and the subject of wildfowling cropped up. He is an avid wildfowler, a sport which although relay appeals to me, I have avoided due to the risk associated with loosing a bird over water. I don't have a retrieving animal for work, so have longed for some time to get about them. So the scene was set.....Join him on his game shoot; a shoot that I have
