    As I said last week, it was my intention to build an all weather, escape proof, concrete bunkered play pen. (given that i've allready had one dig out of the old play pen this year) Not all the entertainment is live yet, but it is up and water tight. I was a bit restricted for space, and a bit restricted for cash. The total expenditure this week, was £23 on four bags of bark chippings, 1 pack of hinges and 1 turnbuckle. All the rest of the materials were reclaimed, begged, knicked or on stock(i have a large stock, i hoard everything). So to be honest, i'm pretty pleased with the results. t

    Could be a variety of reasons. I will list some, others will chip in what i've missed. Loose scope on the mounts Loose mounts on the gun change of ammunition. Inconsistency of ammo You dont say if it fac or air? Loss of air power on a precharge towards end of fill? High recoil rifle Knocked scope or rifle Knackered scope Could be your inconsistency in shooting?? Only saying this because i dont know you May be this will help Come on others, what have i missed, i've had a couple by now and the thought process is wavering?? Edited to add loose bolts mounting the gun to the wood

    Hi, you can always try to handle it after feeing it meat, ie rabbit, chicken wing, mince etc. Try not to pull away from the nip, but gently push in to the kit with your finger. I stress, gently. Some people tap the nose of the offender as well. It will ease with time, as the affection builds towards you. Best of luck Matt

    I've never understood the difference myself. I've got friends who work them but still regards them as pets. IMO there's just good owners and bad. The same for me.Mine are worked regularly in the winter so this summer they have,nt done a stroke for me their"working pets" just like if i had a lurcher or terrier... Definately spot on. You can not expect a ferret to respond after a summer if it has been left in a cage with out stimulation or excercise. Lets be honest with ourselves. We all love our ferrets, if we dont love and respect them, we dont deserve the service they provide for

Matt haha im for ever dodging the old health and safety. Im glad the kids are happy with their new (DARE I SAY IT!)Pets!!!!!!!!!!!! come workers i hastily add. got my hob the snip so if ever you need a loan of him next seasonn gimme a shout.     Just a couple of pictures for scothunter (still missing them??) The kits are doing well Scot. Still eating lots, fitting well in to the family and really loved already. Just started work on the new court today. So pictures to follow. Kids getting involved a well... Have'nt introduced them to my Hob yet. He is behaving like a spoilt brat. He doesnt like the kits getting fed twice a day, as he is still only fed in the evenings lol Gorgeous eh??? Thanks again Scot. Will have to take them hunting next season with you... Matt

    Paddy, Rab and Rufus are driving through the desert when their landrover breaksdown. They decide to walk to the nearest town and think thay should take one thing from the vehicle to help them in an emmergency. Rufus takes the water jerry can, to make sure they remain hydrated in the heat. Rab takes the copper core radiator, so they can sell it at the village for food. Paddy takes the door, so when it gets hot, he can wind the window down........

    Cheese and banana sandwich. Regulary.... Needs to be good, thick, soft, crusty white bread, good soft nana, and strong white cheddar Abolutley gorgeous.... Others include; kangaroo, ostrich, shark, horse, bufallo, moose, pigs cheek, pigs trotter, brawn, callamari, pigs ears (roasted of course) To be honest, i liked them all. But the worst thing i have ever eaten, bar none, is WelshGoats cheese. Immediately vomited....Never again.

    Also check all the bolts holding the metal work on the wood work are tight, i.e bedded. Is it a floating barrel, if so, check there is clearance.. between fore end and barrel. Matt
