I've lost it somewhere!! ar'nt cats carnivore's?? I was feeding TESCOS own cat biscuits all summer No problems.IN fact you have to be carefull not to feed to mutch or they get fat quickly. By the way there are people out there that feed dogs vegie diets.I wouldnt do it but i would'ent knock others as long as the dog is healthy.

Well the next time my ferret or my dog scratches a tick off I will give it a jolly good telling off. If i get one on me it won't matter how i get it off it's the bite that causes the damage(or am I wrong again?) 40 years of pulling them off must be bad news, How long have these tick pullers been going then Kay?

I've tried it once when trying to get a chain saw smoker to work.I bolted 1 rabbit might have been only 1 at home,never tryed it since.Might give it another try you have all got me wondering Ferreting is more fun and tryed and tested.P1

I would advise any new ferreter to fit a locater collar on each ferret they are going to enter, that way you stand a good chance of getting all your ferrets back. However there is another method and that is to use 1 collar on one ferret.That ferret would be the one which would have been the line ferret,usually a strong unsociable hob that will find and stay with the kill until dug to. Hobs like that in my opinion are like rocking horse sh*t,you are more likely to lose him than any other, ie collar stops working goes to deep. The line is only any good if you have the ferret to go with it.I

In the old days we weren't stupid enough to work ferrets with lines round there necks :wallbash: The line ferret was used to find either a laid up jill or the kill.I honestly hope that you don't think that we would hang our very valuable line ferrets.If it were as easy as putting a string around their neck your Mk1s would not have been invented
