I went to see the kill with Martin but he was physically shaking and wanted to hold my hand so we came away smartish .The ground is unfortunately very dry so no prints .My money would be on a natural death from gangrene from that black back leg or secondary infection at least and the carcass has been eaten by foxes ,badgers .The amount of cleared ground says to me the beast thrashed about a bit before dying but then again ,who wouldnt .The bones chewed on the ends is classic fox and the pulling about about in the last pics are also classic fox behaviour .
