  1. here we go again..lol, basicly it's time to find some fresh land no point in dwelling on it now, the damage is done.
  2. most of the speed cameras on our roads store there images on a film, and the film as to be removed manually and then processed, so when the film is full the camera will still continue to flash speeders, but won't be able to store there reg numbers....this is how many people get away with it. however the goverment have addressed this problem and are starting to replace all the old speed cameras with digital one's, that will record details of every speeder. at the moment the goverment wreckon that only half of speeders get prosecuted, because of the old cameras running out of film...but soon e
  3. i think your on about a different motor mate ?, the "subaru forrester" only came out in 1997 on the R reg.
  4. theres some speed cameras near me and they only flash if your on the left going away from them, the markings however are on both sides of the road, just to catch people who try and go through them on the wrong side of the road. these cameras dont flash when your going towards them, i've tried it.

  7. what a f*****g joke, and waste of police resources, i cant believe they had the helicopter out aswell .
  8. not a good advert is it ?, a bit of food would'nt go a miss . http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/bull-x-s-lamping-fox...1QQcmdZViewItem
  9. my mate dug 4 foot with a "fence post" to his ferret lol...
  10. i voted land rover and mitsubishi, but i would of voted subaru aswell, if it was there.
  11. i'm probably wrong, but that rabbit looks alive to me ?, also it looks very fat for a wild one, but i don't know what the wild rabbits are like in spain either ?.
  12. not at all, i just don't like missing out on my lamping, so when one needs repairs i jump in the other .
  13. the first car i bought when i passed my test was a subaru legacy estate, and i've had loads since, but i still prefer the old L-Series, but there like rocking horse shit now. these are the two i have now
  14. i've done a bit fare of squeeking in the past, and had some good results, but if the foxes are'nt in that certain area, or have been lamped/squeeked before then your in for a quiet night . pre ban i always preffered lamping from the motor simply because i could get on more gear, and catch foxes that were otherwise un-catchable, if a certain area is quiet then you simply move on to another one, and i would usually cover around 200 mile in the night and see plenty of everything. it's like a lot of things though, you have to put the miles and hours in and have the right dogs to get the results
  15. a mate of mine had a first cross staffy/greyhound a few years back, about 23" ats. she was hard as iron with all quarry but could'nt catch f**k all, no gears, very one pace'd.
  16. cheers mate i`m back out this week but i wont be sat on the window its dodgy enough with 2 legs never mind 1 especially wi what happened to Martin other week and also while i were in hospital i were told my mate Cully who you might know did exactly the same thing in his Daihatsu badly injuring his passenger who ended up wi lots of broken bones yes i heard about cully, the other week, did you know lad lad that died in the turbo last week, a real shame
  17. is that just the stamp of the bull x youve had lucky or is it only foxs you use to have pre ban before the ban all i was interested in were foxes, and the odd deer.
  18. well Subaruwilly you wont be missing out on the lamping, thats for sure, you know aswell as i do it wont be hindrance in the car. i have to take my hat of to you though mate as i dont think i would of come to terms with it so quickly, but you've dealt with it like a real man, now just get them dogs back out and have some fun .
  19. i think a bull/greyhound x wheaton/greyhound would be a good mixture
  20. i think the wheaton cross i have now is as good as 90% of the bull crosses i've kept over the years, but i've had some better, for different reasons, if the ban was ever lifted i would say he'd be just as good as any i've had before on foxes .
  21. yes i have the sire to the pups (the brindle in the pics) he is a first cross wheaton/greyhound.
  22. just a few pics of Diesel and his brother Jake while exercising today .
  23. imo you should only keep as many dogs as you can provide proper regular work for .
  24. i would of been struggleing to keep the dog restrained
  25. i remember me and some friends going out lamping and killing 111 rabbits in the night, but that was with 2 lamps and 4 dogs, 1 bullcross, 1 saluki greyhound (daytime dog), and 2 of unknown breeding. i thought that was a great acheivement even with 4 dogs. i remember another mate (he's on this site) asking us to drop him a couple off when we got back, i can still imagine the look on his face when he opened the front door the next morning to find all of them on his doorstep...lol. the land we were lamping though holds loads and there very very easy to catch i have had nearly 30 on their with a
