Yep I'm sure there's more to it than music mate , I know you're a well mannered redneck. We don't have terrestrial TV for that matter although netflix and prime are as bad almost and Disney lasted a week until gay transgender cartoon came on. It's a battle, I try and find old classics westerns and vikings etc , but they'd still rather cartoons ATM lol. I guess if you fill tower blocks up with people add poverty no male role models single parent families and then add gangster videos showing unobtainable cars watches women and exotic locations from the back of violence and drugs and balaclava

I said half as Brexit was something near half of the vote, I don't know how many have changed there view since the EU have shown their true colours towards the UK. The staunch remainders would happily see the UK sold out , it would be seen as just desserts for leaving. I do however think you're probably right that there's a majority against illegal migration but I can't see a local council fighting and beating a government agenda and who would they employ to defend it? Also any protests taking place at potential migration centre IE RAF bases and alike seem to be being dealt with fairly quickly

Nah I'm no music buff but Taylor swift isn't glamorising gang violence, drugs and hoes. I don't think much of the industry isn't pimping itself out but rap and drill and all that is blatantly having a detrimental effect on youngsters all wanting to be like 50cent or whomever. Sam Smith's etc are most definitely banned. Rap seemed less harmful when it was an American import , but knife crime throughout England and gang violence, what a state...

This country will never tolerate what Texas has done. Half the population here support immigration en masse and anyone who would stand against it will be arrested for racial or hate crimes... Texans view Texas as a country , they're armed to the teeth and they don't give two fecks lol. I doubt biden wants to start a war in his own country , as a matter of note he was the mediator between us and the argies during Falklands war and told thatcher not to go to war, it was head of armed forces who advised her that if falkland fell so would all the others , such as Gibraltar Cyprus etc.

Some good points , I read earlier about Denisovans another link gone extinct although closer to Neanderthal. Also watched something about XXL native American with red hair that were cannibals, I think cannibalism was probably more common place where needs were greatest, or where spiritual beliefs led it to be . Cannibals from Fiji to Africa to new guinea to what is now Texas. Neanderthals were believed to be cannibals and humans may have eaten them too. I guess Mongols probably come close to carnivore when most everything comes from the horse or sheep. But yes I know we are omnivore as is a gr

Well humans don't really hunt large game in the low tech manner, many of the species that were hunted are extinct, apparently we've been going backwards since the younger dryas but prior to that and the majority of our evolution we were apparently apex predators, during a time of mega fauna , and from bone and teeth certain dietary trends can be found several of our species were made extinct by the same event that removed the megafauna. Maybe tools formed the difference between ape and man, I'm currently looking at the 200k years we coexisted with Neanderthal man, who was apparently far strong

Well I guess the UK bit is all forest the rest marsh, whether there were marsh dwelling deer or a water bison type thing. I think if you look at any tribe Eskimo living on fish and seal , or native American aka red injuns , following the buffalo herds, or us as Celts or Germanic or whatever we'd be hitting into vast herds of deer , I also think our ancestors physical attributes are down played , I think humans tested to the limit over tens of thousands of years a pure existence of hunting... undoubtedly backed up by or complimented by carbs mostly seed nut and fruit although after a few plates

I've done keto with success and a couple of short fasts. I've stopped drinking since last November. I'm considering keto or close to it again as I'm suffering with tendonitis in shoulder and ankle , various joint pains . I have abused myself over the years , but I'd like to think I can get my health back to less pain at least and hopefully a bit of a regen with a fast . Working away is crap as I'm in the back of beyond at the moment, but it just means being more organised. I've started taking joint supplements couple of days ago and I'm also planning to lose more weight as it's obviously a hea

Chimpanzees are a great example of meat eaters that have no tools or weapons . I'd say humans have hunted game for longer than historians believe we have , fish from rivers and seas, man hunting whales in little dinghies, woolly mammoth with nothing but spears , it would seem a ridiculous risk for survival of a species if we didn't require large quantities of meat to thrive , grow strong and defend ourselves against neighbouring tribes...

Bull greyhounds or saluki bull greyhounds?
Borr replied to Backandbeyond's topic in Lurchers & Running Dogs
See I don't get it myself, a dog you're gonna invest a huge amount of time and effort in, probably the last thing I'd take a punt on, especially to save a few hundred quid. I understand it can be a bit of a gamble regardless but cost of pup is probably not the reason to take one... -

Sounds like a good shout I was thinking plyboard with a carpet over, will attach targets to a cardboard box stuffed with something. Think it's only 6ft lbs so shouldn't be too bad , not overly bothered as neighbours are noisy enough....

Cheers Paulus, yep I've gone for hn barracuda match. See how we go as long as they group a bit they'll be fine I'm sure. I see wasp are back in production the first pellets I used as a kid. My go to later on were the accupells in .20 and .22 . I'm quite excited about having a plinking session with my boys, safety briefing and all that, needing to build a very quiet backstop first off.

Any suggestions, I'm about to order one , haven't had an airgun for years and never had .177. it's for targets and general plinking and for a gamo junior hunter. Low ft lb , Tia
