I still say prisons were developed to hold criminals until they could be punished , we need to make prisoners pay for their own upkeep , potholes or litter picking or execution either way I don't feel satisfied paying for people to become educated in prisons in the way of crime to be released and repeat, maybe being so grateful to escape hard graft and poor conditions would change minds....

Tbh with hotel/digs increasing and fuel costs along with rates that haven't moved a great deal in the last 7 years I'm basically working away to pay bills, madness really but with house prices here and poor wages I don't know how people make ends meet with local work unless they inherit property or they're stuck in rental, I could earn more in south Wales and pay half for housing, but i still wouldn't choose to lol. It's all good though , I keep telling myself lol, health is king .

Yep I've a start in principle will hear next week, and failing that I've an mod job that'll require all the clearance ball ache, it's motivated me to get a load of stuff on eBay I've been meaning to sell mostly engineers tools etc. so all good and it's been nice to have time at home albeit a little longer than I needed.

I've been out of work for two weeks it's starting to stress me out now , I'm normally confident I can get something in a day or two and have turned down quite a lot in the presumption I can get something better , I've also prided myself on not working for shit companies for shit conditions or rates but.... Hopefully getting something next week as I've a holiday to pay for and a mortgage lol. Living the self employed dream.. at least I can sink at my own hand. In truth I gave up pride shortly after having kids but I do live closer to the edge than I'd care to , nice work chaps....

I feel we now have a tourettes conspiracy... If I'm honest it's one of the better ailments unless you have the affliction yourself , I often find myself biting my tongue and my humour can be selfish and outrageous, I remember being in a funeral car and saying "they're driving past her neighbours to say you're next" my aunt lived in a sheltered block, maybe it's how I care to deal with difficult situations, my old man had a scrap man with a stutter and used to say f***ing spit it out son, which made the guy relax and then he was fine, sometimes we need to add a little humour to a situation to m

I see us ending up with weak government possibly coalition, maybe labour will win, god forbid getting back towards EU and allowing 16/17 yr olds to vote , maybe they'll have to tackle illegal migration if they want a bigger bite . I don't know anyone who's voting labour, Wales are sick of them so you'll see a swing to plaid or uk reform or libs , down in Devon will be Tory libs , I think some will vote tory to try and stable economy, I'll vote for anyone bar tory or labour
