    had to cancell due to weather, will run next week How bad was the weather, Tomo ? I had a quick shine up here last night and it was biiter cold with a frost, and the ground was hardening as I walked !! LDR had a run out to the west of me and it mustn't of been so bad, as he had a decent score in an hour, before his lamp packed up !! It seems it is only going to get worse over the next week. Cheers.

    These two have got their heads so far up their own, and each others arses, they didn't realise that Andrew "Manuel" Sachs, the 78 year old man they abused, is a comedy icon !! There were only 12 episodes of Fawlty Towers ever made, but they will be remembered long after these two fade into obscurity !!! Cheers.

    Andy, this is the first time the comp is being run, and there are bound to be teething troubles, so any suggestions as to how to improve it are welcome and will be taken on board. It's the VERY FEW who seem to want it to fail who I take exception to. As to the weather, it just said on the telly that there will be snow here next week !! I wish we could have weather like thursday night all winter !! Had quite a succesful night out myself ! Cheers.

    I hope those fucks weren't aimed in my direction Richie ,infact it's a bit out of order full stop as the f**k the rest attitude to those not competing in it are the VERY people who IF the comp/final is videoed you'll all be trying to sell the dvd's too ,i've spoken to Mark on the phone and given him my support on proceedings,like you say the result was final END OF! I was in no situation to have a dog in this or any competition when this was organized,i have two retired lurchers of 13 and 11 years respetcively,the one runner i did have was unfortunately killed back in July so i go a relacement

    Minnion, Mark won't pull out..... there is no reason to !! No one in the competition thinks there is anything wrong with the way the heat was run, so f##k the rest !! If they are so interested in it....why didn't they enter ??? Or why don't they shut the f##k up and enter next year ??? It was a comp for 32, but we struggled to get 16 !! Perhaps they just like sitting in front of their screens, instead of getting out, wonder how many were out last night, one of the best lamping nights so far this season !! Cheers.

    Theres a few people put time and effort into getting this competition up and running; organising it, collecting the money, arranging heats, places for people and dogs to stay, getting the trophies, etc; not to mention the 16 who actualy put up their £50, offered beds for the entrants and kennelling for their dogs, and NOT ONE of these peope has said anything derogatory about the competition !!! I'ts only one or two who are having a go; wether it's some sort of jealousy, or just an opportunity to have a dig at Markbrick, I don't know !!     Hows it a farce ? Hows it unfair ? The two guys, MB and Spep agreed to run their heat early and both are happy with the outcome; not one of the other fourteen entrants find anything wrong with this and the only moaning is coming from people who didn't enter !! Competitions like this have been talked about for years, but this is the first time it has actually taken off, and the organisor and entrants are determined to make it friendly, fun, sporting and a success !     I used to feed them boiled, on the bone, unill one of my dogs got a rib bone stuck scross her larynx !! That was a £400 + vet bill, (luckily the dogs are insured, so only the first £60 !!), now I boil them and take the meat of the bone. Cheers.

    Not sure who's up next, as it wasn't supposed to start until November, but LDR and Rew are running their 1st heat a week on wednesday, in the Dales, and I think Tommo is the judge. We're waiting for LukeBullCross to contact LDR, me or Woodga to organise our heat; I'm ready whenever LBC and the judge, (Woodga), are ready. Cheers.

    Good craic Colin; I was out with a mate on his permission, both sides of the "main road", on monday night. Wet and a bit of wind; the moon mainly stayed behind the cloud and we had a good bit sport and managed a few rabbits ! Cheers.
