    It's difficult to guess the breeding of a Lurcher; but he does look a lot like these two; the bitch on the left is 2nd x Deer/Grey, and the bitch on the right is Beddy/Grey x Deer/Grey-Whippet/Grey; Cheers.

    Just phoned and talked to katy and her husband, and lo and behold, I had a good craic with them at Rotherham last week !! They bred an excellant saluki hybrid a mate of mine won the pups with at Waverley !! I asked a question, "why did they breed a running dog with an EBT" ..... Now I know why, and I wish them the best off luck with the pups ! They are keeping a pup themselves, and the rest are going to mates Genuine dog people. Cheers.

    knew there would be one why have people done it in the past and whats wrong with that, tell you what come down and have a day with the husband see both the sire and dam work and what quarry he takes and youll probably have a idea Sorry you have taken it this way, I meant no offense. The EBT is used a lot in Oz and NZ in the breeding of Pig Dogs, and I see no reason why they shouldn't be used in Lurchers in the UK, my question was a genuine one. I would love to see the dam work.     Why would you do that; put a coursing bred dog to an EBT ? What type are you hoping to achieve ? This is just a genuine question, that I'm sure a few are asking. Cheers.

He was certainly a well behaved dog, just like mine, dead calm and patient ............ He doesn't like showing, and he likes to have a bit of a growl at other dogs.....a bit dodgy with all those Bull X's around !!! LOL !! Cheers.
