    Doen't know where the "kicked up" rule came from; or even if there is such a rule ! As far as I'm concerned, the only rule about what rabbits count, is it MUST be the rabbit you slip on that counts; in other words, if you slip on a rabbit, (a runner, squatter or kick up) and the dog misses, but catches another rabbit from the same slip, then that rabbit does't count ! LDR's at work, but he'll probably clarify when he gets home, as this is only my opinion, I didn't make the rules. Cheers. P.S.     I don't think anyone has ever said, in front of almost 20,000 members, that they stopped the van, "in the middle of nowhere", and threw a dog out and left it to fend for itself !! I fully understand some one not wanting to keep a dog they are not happy with, but either give it to a pet home or have it put down, treat it with some respect.

    yes it is . i think its owned by dave sleight Daves lad owns the dog and he must be getting on a bit now.Hes decended from a n whippet called Blue Peter a well known racing dog by all acounts.atb dell Blue Peter must be WAY back in the breeding !! As I recall he was around in the late '50's, early 60's ! Thats if it is the famous "Blue Peter" from Stockport. Cheers. yes it is way back as in alot more whippet pedigrees boy blues mother was out of sup rch xspell and a greyhound bitch called time please bluepeter is 7generations back in his pedigree on his mothers side Xspell
