Here's a link to Australian "Bull Arabs"; evidently a cross between EBT's, Greyhounds and English Pointers. Although many Aussies will argue that there is more than that in them !! http://boardogs.com/Bull_Arabs.htm Cheers.

This Australian dog, (EBT X Greyhound), was owned by a very well known Bull X man, and the dog and his litter sister were very good boar dogs; I'm sure he won't mind me putting up a pic of this top class dog; Cheers.

Great Game Fairs of ireland Whippet Racing

Now that is a challenge to owner of the winner of the whippet racing! Anyone with any sense must realise that Matt or any other racing organisers cannot argue the toss with someone who says his or her dog is a whippet. Size solely doesn't really come into it and in fact may not be any advantage - look at Rose Mc Coy's small dog and China too is no giant. As far as I can see there are three solutions: 1. If challenged, at the show - not anonymously on these forums - the owner should be prepared to meet the challenge by saying how he or she thinks it is a whippet. 2. If he or she -

Heres a pic of your dog, (I don't think you are going to get that job as a Proffesional Photographer !! LOL !!). He's the same stamp as his sister, and the same height and weight, 29" & around 75- lb. He's looking well; good luck with him this season, at two year old they should be ready for anything !! Cheers.

Well........ I feed my dogs on BARF, (mainly lamb ribs and necks) and the gear that the local Game Dealer gives me, which is almost any meat or game, except pork, and I use Wagg Complete as a filler , just as other people would use a "buscuit" type dry food. My dogs look well on it; and more importantly, they WORK well on the diet they are on !! Cheers.

YOU DON'T PUT UP A TOPIC SAYING YOU ARE GOING TO SHOOT PEOPLES DOGS, ESPECIALY IF THEY ARE ON LEADS !! HOW STUPID ARE YOU ??????? WE TOLD YOU THIS IN YOUR ORIGIONAL POST !! FFS !!! IF YOU REALY DO HAVE AN FAC, THEN THE POLICE SHOULD TAKE IT OFF YOU, AS YOU ARE OBVIOUSLY RETARDED AND SHOULDNT HAVE A CATAPULT, NEVER MIND A FIREARM !!!!!!Sorry for the caps lock, but this bloke is obviously an anti or a retard !!! Cheers,

Non-Ped Whippets can take hares regularly; but that's probably due to the high percentage of Greyhound blood in them. The old Racing Whippets back in the 60's & 70's could take hare, fox and deer, but thats probably because they were smooth coated Lurchers "of Whippet like appearance"; which was the only criterea that most clubs asked for ! Pure bred, KC Whippets today may take the odd hare, but not with any consistency. Even at Whippet Coursing Club meetings, very few hares were cought , and a lot of the "courses" could more properly be described as "chases" ! Don't get me wrong, I love W

Excellant pups mate !! I'm really tempted, but I bet they're all spoken for ! Good luck with then, I look forward to seeing how they progress ! Cheers.

Yeah, I know who you mean, but I'm talking about Real Fen Men who run/ran top dogs for big money... not someone who ran a dog once. These guys wouldn't even entertain the guy I think you're on about ! Cheers.

WHO ME WHAT MAKES THEM BETTER THAN A DOG THAT CAN CATCH QUICKER THAN THEY CAN.WHAT MAKES THEM BETTER THAN A DOG THAT CAN CATCH IN SMALL FIELDS.WHAT MAKES THEM BETTER THAN A DOG THAT CAN JUMP AND CATCH?WHAT MAKES THEM BETTER?IM ONLY ASKING BECAUSE I KNOW WHAT DOG I PREFER. Ha Ha, as someone has already said.. the topic has been done to death ! You take your dogs and match the men who run the fenns for money, then come back and tell us how you got on !! Their dogs don't need to do what you want... they need to do what THEY want !! Horses for courses, I think the saying is ! And I act

Well; you're obviously after an agument..... but the lads that have REAL fenn dogs and match them for big money, probably don't even look on here !! They do their own thing, and breed the best coursing dogs in the world, (imho). Of course, the "Fen Dog" isn't what you want for an all round Lurcher... but it was never meant to be, so why knock what is a purpose bred animal for a specific job ??? Cheers.
-
Looks like it !! Get the dogs "Frontlined", it's getting near the time when the crops are up and ticks and fleas are around ! Especialy if you are in sheep country. Cheers.
-
I saw Jack and his litter brother, Moscow, in the flesh, admittedly they were both past their best; but there is no doubting they did the business and put pleanty game in the bag,; both stunning dogs ! Cheers.
-
I've got a half x bitch that is 29" and a Lurcher x Lurcher bitch that has Deer, Beddy and Grey in her and she is 23". Both do what they are supposed to do. Can't beat a bit of well bred Deerhound in a Lurcher line. Cheers.
-
A pathetic question; in my opinion ! A dog could be great in it'a last time out, but wake up the next morning and be lame ! It could take six month to get the dog right, and the best dogs would be worth the work to get them right !! A dog is only as good as the work it gets ! The best dog in the world is useless if it is left to fester in it's kennel. A half decent dog will go well if it is given the chance !! It's all down to the owner if he gives the dog the chance to work ! Cheers.
-
Are you leagaly old enough to have a "partner" ? You sound very immature. Cheers.
-
Is this your first dog ? Give it a chance mate, 15 weeks, it's hardly off the tit !! Cheers.
