I always tell them they must be the milkman's, it's a running joke here! I've also got brown eyes, they haven't! My eldest daughter (not in picture.. ) has got my eyes, my eldest boy has got hazel eyes like my maternal granddad and one of my brothers, and my other daughter and youngest son have got bright, bright blue eyes like my paternal grandad! My two brothers and one of my sisters started off fair haired as kids but now are as dark as I am too, likewise my wife who was almost white headed as a kid from the photos I've seen. How long do others hang them on average? I'm usually throat cut, guts oot, hung overnight, take their coat aff, butchered and in the freezer!
