And another point are we talking a dog with a season or a seasoned dog? That many aspects come into it, conditions, ground, abundance of quarry etc. you could go out with a dog and get one stupid long run, and kill feck all, or another dog, get 100 runs and catch half or another dog get 10 runs and get 10, how would you categorise the first dog and how would you class the 2nd & 3rd dog against each other? And more importantly does the owner really care what someone else will think?
