It is mate they do all sorts BJJ mma kickboxing ect also a good anti bullying programmeSeems like these clubs are opening up everywhere. Wish they had them when I was young. The girls younger brother is right into his Krav' the now.......I'd love to go but I've missed that boat I reckon. A kick on the knee and id be finished....lol Yeah mate it's my uncles gym so he's well looked after they also do the krav but it's mostly about the BJJ the gym has a huge following as my uncle has been running it for years they get a lot of visits of lucio lagarto kids love it

Our kids have been at BJJ for a few years now, on Sunday my 8 yo was graded and moved up to orange/white belt skipping yellow black he was over the moon and I was chuffed to bits, there doing a good job with him. Wee pic of him getting his new belt

So you must be the prick that tail gates everyone in front for a few mins before overtaking?If your the prick doing 40 in a 60 then yes I'm the prick that's tail gaiting ye!!.....lolOnly thing is I'm confident in my driving and your obviously not so be safer wi you off the road. It's called patience, I don't have much mind you nor do I drive slow but when my woman is driving with the kids in the back she won't go over 60 on a 70 or 50 on a 60, you'd be surprised how many idiots tailgate even with a baby on board sign on the back and it can be a pretty dangerous and of putting thing to do!

Totally agree Going 20 under on the motorway is far more likely to cause an accident than going 20 over. How you work that one out?
