Spot on Mal, mine will release a rabbit to hand and let go immediatly aslong as another dog isn't present, then the green eyed monster may surface occasionally. If we are talking pre ban and my dogs were killing a fox and i saunter up and say leave and they walked off it i would be questioning the drive of the dog, horses for courses, pre ban i would be quiet happy to see them hanging on and nowdays i like it when they spit my only quarry the bunny into my hand...........

I know what your saying mate BUT many are trained with electric collars , especially on the continent. And the recall is never 100%, plus during training the criminal can help by stopping and raising the sleeve, quarry isn't so helpfull

Tinman, i have satisfied my bloodlust by slicing the throat of a defenceless kitten whilst watching the film, the film is a little too cutesy for me but many people will like it, an honest opinion is that i'd like some footage of my dogs for my own satisfaction, not neccersarily working but just something to watch years down the line when they have passed.....On a negative point i dont like the ethos of the footage, using it to peddle pups...... -

Nobody has the buy them, by writing books you are opening yourself up to critisim, BUT to me they are a great read, i have lost count how many times i have read each book cover to cover. I have no doubt the bokks will always be in demand as for years we had Plummer as a sole author who produced books with regularity, we all slagged them off for being staged/fiction, now we have a new author producing (in my eyes) an excellent read and photos, its always a buyers market so nobody has to purchase
