All depends what you want mate, the parents to my black dog cost £27,000 for the pair to import from Belgium with their Schutzhund 3 and IPO titles, i know somebody who purchased a Schutzhund world champ for £32,000. A good pup would be anything from £500-800 bred in this country, imo no need to import a pup, i would prefer to buy a pup mostly, but along with a well bred pup you need a good knowledgable trainer to get the best out of the dog (im available for a good price )....

Max is correct, and some of the hare shoots are decimating numbers on estates that they can't recover from. On the bright side they are thriving in a lot of places i know.......

Sush a loose term, many dogs will make a noise and warn off intruders but very very few will actually properly protect the home and family with tenacity, inteligence and bottle but also be a sociable and suitable pet. Getting a dog that will do it for real and mean it are as valuable and special as the 100% real deal digging dogs, the 6/6 fen dogs etc. As an all round dog i have said it before and will say it again, NOTHING compares to a WELL BREED GSD import...........

Dogs dont need warm meals, i think its more the owner feeling better, a kennel that is warm and draught free is important, not warm dinners.............

To be honest i just come up with names i like and thats it, the only dog i have named after something was a dog i got in 1999 and called Murphy, as i was heavily into drinking Murphys at the time

I think see mounted packs etc as toffs, and then its definately seen as a class issue but those of us who have been out or go out with hounds know folk from all walks of life follow hunts..... Must admit i have never had anyone call me a toff when i have gone for a shine or a dig, other names but never a toff. I think lurcher and terrierlads are looked at as working class as traditionally its been a working class sport with hotbeds being towns and villages linked to heavy industry........... -

Take it seriously? Do you have any idea how much shit, garbage and general waste of fecking cyber space is put on here and how much time the mods spend clearing up such shit?? Some members are great and help us by hitting the report button, and as for posting, i wish more people would take responsibility for what they post................... malt; when an anti gets one or two pages of interest on this site, theyt hink they have won !! We MUST delete ANY post, even if it is just from an idiot who may not be an anti, but could still give them amunition !! Mods are there for a reason...check EVERY post or get more/better Mods!! Charts, that is not remotely possible with the site traffic, not even with 50 mods.......

My grandad was there, as an Englishmen im proud as punch of him may he rest in piece. He passed 10 years ago and i feel sorry that him and so many brave men fought for this country and look at the f*****g state of it now..........
