we didn't get much press here about BabyP, because unfortunately we have cases like that every year too. We FINALLY just executed a murderer after a 4 year moratorium in Missouri, they'd stopped due to lawsuits brought by whacko "civil rights" groups saying that Capital Punishment was "cruel and inhumane punishment" ... what about the people he helped kill, or the lives of their family members? Isn't what they went through cruel and inhumane? But so many states don't have the death penalty, only 35 do. That leave 15 states and 1 district that are "okay to kill" states At least in Utah
