    They seem to be flighting over my shoot finally. Good shooting.

    It's good fun. Flame and smoke. It gave me a good slap today. It was a snap shot and I must of had my face off the stock slightly. It's amazing how well it comes up and follows a bird.

    I took my second cock bird this morning with my smallest muzzleloader. It was a cool wind at first light and I was knackered. A hard week at work. Out lamping till 11:30. Less than five hours kip and out again early. But I dodged the rain. Blasted some squirrels too. I do love a good hunt the old way.

    My tikka t3 was a lite in ze Swede. Bullet on bullet on bullet. The centered scope was only adjusted a few clicks off centre too.

    Yes because a 223 cant reap half as much havoc a 243 can! For me this goes all the way back to the handgun ban. Loads of hand gunners suddenly wanted to go stalking so deer calibre were handed out like toffees licence wise. Most of them tried it and found out it involved sweating alot or freezing your hands off so gave up. Plod soon realized they had granted licenses with what amounted to not very much of a good reason! Plod doesn't do egg on his face, others have to pay for it!

    She will definitely. My daughter has always out shot me. Handed her the 308 once. She never had shot a cf fullbore beforehand and proceeded to print a tighter group than me!

    A letter to the chief constable informing him of his firearms department impeding a legal activity which is a contradiction of their duty. Their role is to prevent danger to the public via legal ownership of firearms by certain people. It is not their job to prevent a legal activity.
