  2. Pork stroganoff, I seem to be having some kind of stroganoff once a week and I like it
  3. All the sets in, ready for the tarmacers, I’ve got nowt on for the next couple of days so I’ll just put my feet up I think
  4. Few sets down today before the snow arrives
  5. That was lovely, pork cooked to perfection and there’s enough for a pork stroganoff tomorrow
  6. It’s had it’s first coat of mineral oil, I’ll leave it soak in for 24 hours then do it again
  7. Slow roast pork loin for today, I know a lot of folks are not a fan of pork but I’ve tested it and it’s lovely also made myself a new carving board this morning while I was pottering around
  8. A mushroom ragu tonight, lovely after being out in the wind and rain all day at my shoot
  9. Just me tonight because Mrs Stav has gone to some concert in Newcastle, she said she told me but I don’t remember ( or listen) so I just did myself a tomato, pepper and chilli pasta, it was alright
  10. I’d definitely check the phonic on a D max they are a rotor type and are external to the hub, so get all the weather on them
  11. As above, I think I’ve had more phonic wheel failures when it comes up with a sensor fault than in being the sensor itself
  12. Good on the lad, clearly knows his own mind and you’ve got to respect that

  14. Good old toad in the hole tonight, and I’m having it on my blue tray, on my knee in front of the telly because Mrs Stav is out
  15. Driveway dig out and prep today for tarmac, not quite sure why I’m here, I think my mate just feels sorry for me, but I’ll take the days money

You couldn’t pay me enough, I’m too pretty for jail ive got a mate who was involved in the import business of party prescriptions in the mid 90 ( his dad owned a coach company) he knew at some point his luck would run out so every penny he made he gave to someone he knew who cleaned and “ invested “ it for him with no connection to him, when he got court it was for a few hundred pills and he got 3 years for it, he’s now living like a country gent and hasn’t worked a day since the early 2000’s, I would of said the 18 months he did inside was definitely worth it for the life he lives now
  18. It’s a filthy day so I thought I’d go and feed the birds and put my bit of scrap in, bit of copper, bit of lead and 3 bags of unstripped cable that I’d of normally just left until Fireman mentioned about keeping it £176, I’ll take that for nowt
  19. Every time I do roast beef on a Sunday I have to do a stroganoff, so that’s what we had
  20. Butter and thyme baked cod loin, with cream mash and griddled asparagus tonight
  21. Mushroom ragu from Wednesday shop bought chicken pie on Thursday and tonight a chicken dinner
  22. not me mate, I’m as soft as shi*e had my stitches out and the nurse said they have done a tidy job, still looks like I’ve tried to do myself in though
  23. Site cleared, now the need to decide what they want to build, first demolition job I’ve been on where there’s no plans for a new building, off to have my stitches out in the morning, hopefully my hand feels a bit better with the bandages off
