    Post knocker’s are miles better, we are using the auger for the round corner posts and just banging everything in with the 360, we should of really hired a knocker for this job, it’s over 350 meters

    We have a guest today so we have to be a bit more civilised today, no piling it high, chicken was on the menu

    Got two lovely cod loins today, thought I’d do them with some creamy mash, Mrs Stav wanted it in breadcrumbs and as I don’t live in a democracy, breadcrumbs it was ( criminal to do this to cod loin )

    If you average out what I earn in a year it’s just an average wage, I have a lot of time off, especially in the shooting season, I’ve reached a point in my life where I want to work to live, not live to work, saying that I still like the graft and find it hard to turn work down

    I’m happy with a grand a week as long as the tax man doesn’t see too much of it ( by that I mean any of it ) depending on the situation I’m between £150 and £250 a day as long as I do £1200 a month the rest is pocket money

    First two paddocks finished, I know I shouldn’t complain at a grand a week but I’m absolutely fu*ked and because I’m an idiot I’ve volunteered myself for half a day on the spanner’s tomorrow

    Not sure what you’d call this, it’s like a chicken curry without the spice, load of garlic, thyme and pepper, it was nice

    Putting posts in for most of the day today and the alkathene in for the drinkers, shouldn’t be too far away from this field being finished by the end of tomorrow
