  1. This would be the best way to get to speak with them, I presume you have spoken to the land owner about this and made them aware of your findings, what do they have to say about it? Although this is a problem for your good self it’s up to the land owner to do something about it, could it be possible that they don’t know it’s private land? Speaking from experience when you find someone where they should not be explaining to them why is normally enough, it’s not like finding a chav in your garden at 2am that may require a bit more than a few words to point them in the right direction ?
  2. If it’s private property it’s just basic trespassing, you would have to catch them on the land and if you did you could not ask them to leave that would be down to the land owner, trespass is a civil matter not a criminal one
  3. Give you mate the M serial number on the radio and the code will be on fords system ?
  4. 9 times out of 10 if it’s working forestry it will have public access and anyone using a trail camera is not normally up to no good, the scumbags up here are looking for an opportunity, flying across fields in knackered old 4x4’s flinging dogs out to drag a deer down or coursing a hare in a tracksuit and rigger boots, not setting up camera traps, put a note in, it could be the start of a beautiful friendship
  5. Get yourself a Bigfoot costume and trigger the camera mess with them a bit i found one on my pheasant shoot a couple of years back I put a little note in the back of it letting them know I was aware of it, who I was and my phone number, turns out he was a wildlife photographer looking for a good spot for roe, turned out to be a lovely chap and since then has been up and photographed a shoot day and I can normally point him in the right direction for what he is looking for
  6. No further action to be taken against him, there is some sense in our police force after all, hope he can now move on with his life, all the best to him and his family
  7. Ha ha, my favourite room in the house, always good for escaping the mrs because she has no idea how to use any of the stuff in there
  8. My granny had a full collection of these that we played with when we were kids, sat on a chair in the front room along with the the biro flour chap, I’ll have to ask my Mam what happened to them, I’ve never understood racism, it makes no difference to me who or what you are, a tw*t is a tw*t whatever the colour
  9. Found him, I can’t believe I’ve never seen these before and he is 2 mins up the road from me, £250 for a stack mod, you can’t go wrong with that, thanks for recommending them ?
  10. Thanks for all your comments on this it’s always better to find out the information for people who use them than someone trying to sell me one, my biggest concern has been the weight, I liked the wildcat mod but think it will be to big for the x bolt
  11. Aldi are selling a 4 camera set, it’s about £160 but it’s a proper bit of kit, you can even watch yourself been robbed on your phone, it’s just as good as the one I fitted to my old house when I lived in the crime capital of Teesside but a third of the price
  12. I like that the local councillor said there had been a definite improvement in tackling burglaries, I would say this was definitely an improvement, good on him, set up a gofundme page to buy him a new knife set
  13. I’ve just had a look at them they look tidy
  14. Hi there, I’m always in need of help and this seems to be the place to get it
  15. She should be buried in a coffin made of sausages BITCH
  16. I think the A - Tec might sit nice on the x bolt, I’ve also been looking at the wildcat predator 8 compact, by wildcat standards you could say it’s compact I suppose, decisions, decisions, I never was any good at making my mind up, I think I’ll have a word with the lad in the gun shop see if he’ll let me try a couple out he’s had a few grand off me over the last 4 years or so and if he wants a few more he’d be mad to say no
  17. Thanks for that, it is looking like I’ll stick with the wildcats if nothing else they are half the price of Ase Utra, like I said it looked ok on the tikka but they are bulky rifles, if I go for the x bolt they are a much slimmer and was a little concerned with the weight of the Pringles can
  18. I was very happy with how the wildcat preformed and the fact it was a couple of hundred quid was a bonus the only thing that puts me off is how ugly the thing is, it looked sort of ok on the tikka but I think it would spoil the sleek lines of the x bolt, maybe I’m been a bit of a pounce but it’s like fitting Land Rover wheels to a Porsche
  19. I live 10 mins down the road from where he has set this up, good look to him, the kids and smack heads on the Middlesbrough estates are feral, Francis jones set up Sparta security in Darlington years ago and although they do a good job protecting sites I doubt that the number of houses and cars getting robbed has changed at all
  20. I thought I’d ask for a little bit of advice, I’m in the market for a new .243, I think I’ve made my mind up on the rifle ( browning x bolt ) I’ve got the Schmidt and Bender scope but the sound mod I’ve got no idea, the last one was a wildcat and although this did the job very well it looked like a Pringles can, a lad in the gun shop recommended an A-Tec but he could of just been trying to sell me what he had, I’ve been looking at the Ase Utra Jet-z the thing that puts me off is the price and is it any better than the wildcat, thanks in advance, stav
  21. For the money it’s worth a punt, as a knock about gun you don’t mind if it doesn’t cycle now and then, the one I’ve got 99 time out of 100 will cycle 36g or heavier, it jams about 1 in 4 with 30g, it’s ok for bashing crows and it works well with geese loads, it’s certainly no benelli but what do you expect for a couple hundred quid
