  1. lol...yeah she sure has changed a bit Moll...to be honest, i think the lack of genuine digging work she has been getting (living in this shitty desert!) she has become alot more aggresive...she got a nice little hole in the head from that Yote, but nothing to bad...she has still got Yote fur lodged inbetween her teeth now!..lol...hopefully this season, i will be able to give her plenty of work. Kye..

  3. Yeah, we dont have the little dogs out unless there is one or two of the BIG dogs with them now... Its hard, coz i cant set traps or snares, coz of the dogs, but what im thinking of doing is just putting some scraps/bait in the yard after all the dogs are away at night...or i could stake out a few of the wifes dogs i dont like!..lol. Then its just a case of seeing him in the yard, and putting a few .22 through his mangy neck...should do the trick!.. Kye..
  4. Chill out Nutter...the TRUTH hurts eh?...its whats happening 'aint it!...They called Ole' Enoch a racist...now they call him a Fortune Teller!..lol. Kye..Imigrant, but i am here legaly..lol.
  5. I only got it a little bit last time, but poor ole ' FR get covered in the stuff!...buy the end of the trip he looks like a Lepur!..lol..im gonna try that pill advertised in the back of Full Cry next time i think...its supposed to work for six months or summat? 7. The gloves havent got anything to do with the animals/quarry handled...its to do with the fact that every hedgerow has poision ivy or poision oak in it...so even when its real hot you should dig with everything covered...beleave me, you dont want to get it!..lol. Possoms do carry some bad things, but for the life of me i cant remember!...FR would be able to tell you though. That tiny white bitch in the pictures nearly died last night!...f*****g Coyote jumped the yard wall, and tried running of with her...lucky for her the Coon hound, my red lakeland and a Mix laid into the Coyote and i got
  8. Although they are not Deerhound Cross', the Staghounds over here carry alot to the old type Deerhound, before the KC buggered them up...the sire to my male pup, is imo, what a Deerhound should look like and work like. Judgeing buy the discription when you read historical writing about the Deerhounds, the Staghounds (that i have seen) are basicly what a Deerhound should be. Kye..
  9. Well im out of my Pit now..lol...its only 8;00!!.. Yeah, i cant beleave im digging!...ive never done it before...my arse 'aint getting bigger, its just that the Carrharts 'aint very flattering!..lol. That wolf looking thing is,..well..err...a wolf!...well half wolf anyway...its been crossed with a malamute...why anyone would want one i dont know? Yeah, thats a possom...we took it with the little white bitch (the wifes bitch) and then five minutes later she had that Ground Hog...nice do for that little bitch, shes just the right size for back east, but i think a good fox would swallow her

No SV i havent, sorry.. Yeah Baldie, there a few that like it...most of the fur hunters i know prefer the .223...less damage and the rounds are real cheap...the .17 hasnt realy got much of a following over here, although i realy like the gun...i have put 30 rounds through a 1" with ours...had some great head shots on rabbits. We sell our brass on ebay, and that helps to keep the costs down on the .204 ammo. For foxs, over here the most popular calibre seems to be .22 Mag. Im talking about fur hunters again though. Ive said it before, but i have had alot of fun and killed a huge amount o

Ruger .204!...Praire dog gun!..lol. We have one here, and now we have a .22-250 it hardly gets used...no knock down power at all...as soon as those little bullets hit anything they explode!...my mate has had a few Bobcats and rabbits with it though....it is a real tac driver though...one of the most accurate guns ive ever shot...we have shot rabbits up to four hundred yards with it...for anything bigger than hares there crap, imo...i have hit three coyotes with it and i have had to track them along way!...if you hit a rib, it leaves a nasty flesh wound, and imo, you should always be as humane

What do you mean!...i did mean it!..lol..i was just as surprised as you lot when it dropped!..lol. We have got some ABS plastic mags for the Ruger, but they have a metal lip...they seem to work ok...i like the smaller all metal 10 round mag myself though. Yeah, the big Injun got that Kershaw skinning set...absoulute shite!...he just bent the blade straight and sold the thing on Ebay!..lol. She used to, but i think she gets them from the dealer now...im not sure though...i dont use that pish!..lol...cold steel all the way for me know!...lol. Kye..

Oh, as for doing a fair few trhat night!..lol. We had a look at the "Killing fields" not long ago...it was dried up a bit, but still to damp to run a dog on...i think the feet would have got stuck and the dog would just carry on!..lol. There was plenty there though mate, so it should be a belter of a place to get them pups on! Kye... PS...100 yard running head shot on a jack rabbit...not fecking bad eh?..lol.

:11: ...that was "Pre-Cold-Steel days"..lol...your right mate, even that axe didnt do well against them Arizona Antelope Jack Rabbits did it!?...looked like the Texas chain saw massacre in that bloody kitchen!..lol...what a laugh! We didnt even have a decent f*****g kitchen knife in the house then!..lol..Talk about watching Chimps using tools for the first time!..lol. You will have to come over when i get moved (when ever that will be!) get you digging the most formidable quarry a dog can go against!....The POSSOM!..lol. all the best mate. Kye...

I dont know if you lads can get them back home, but the ONLY knife company i would get knifes from now is Cold Steel...they are the BEST. I butchered a WHOLE elk with a Mini Bushman, and they sell all kinds of stuff, spears, swords, tomahawks, knifes etc. I got all my mates onto them over here and thats all they will use know. The Bushman and the Mini Bushman are great...they cost rough between 5-15 quid, and if you break it, send it back and you will get another free!...they sound crap at that price, but they are amazing! Kye..

    Kits

Maybe she ate four because its her first litter, and there are people taking pictures of them!...i would have left them alone mate, but there not my animals. Hope the rest turn out ok. Kye..
  21. I agree with Socks,...get the dog cooled down first and foremost!...we have had dogs get real hot, even when they have been SWIMMING in the lake...one of the best ways to cool a dog down, is to keep wetting its forehead and neck. The little red bitch i brought over here from the UK nearly died when she first came over...she was REAL sick with heat stroke for a couple of days. Funnily enough, she is the best dog we have in the heat now, and she will work around in the desert even when its 110F...i just call her to me every five minutes and wet her head, then she is off again!...you wouldnt thin
  22. I wouldnt hesitate to own a Lurcher like that back in the UK. But i dont think any of the real good Coyote dogs have Saluki in them. Ive heard the Bull X grey Saluki X grey is a handy type though. Also, there is a huge difference between a fox and a Coyote. When you think of dogs hunting Coyote, think of sighthounds hunting small german shepards!..lol...Theres a saying that "A coyote is NOT a big fox, he is a small wolf!"...if you know what i mean!? all the best guys. Kye..
  23. Thrive in it!...i didnt know you had a dog with you until the end of the day, when she had to go in the truck!...i just thought the bush's where moveing buy them selves!..lol...cheers mate, i will have to get one going when i move! Kye..
