Yep there good , I also like to cut the breast off them stick them in a mixture of flour ,salt ,pepper,chilli flakes , shake them up , then dip them in egg whites then back in to the flor for another light dustin* then strait in a heavy bottom shallow frying ban ,serve with a salad and dressing , or ....do the same thing but cut in to long 10mm wide strips and fry and serve as a snack with a sweet chilly sauce ,
