  1. Ibuprofen Dosing Information of Ibuprofen for Dogs. Medication should never be administered without first consulting your veterinarian. The usual dose in dogs is 2.5 to 4 mg per pound (5 to 8 mg/kg) every 12 hours. It is NOT recommended for use in cats.
  2. Personally never seen or heard of a Doberman put in to a lurcher but I'm guessing it would be similar to a bull x at a guess
  3. I gave one of my dogs 1/4 of ibuprofen tablet a day when he got messed up on a fence his leg was 3 times the size with swelling and it done wonders for him but he was a big old boy. I crushed it up into a powder for him only 1/4 a day though 3 days later walking round like it never happend

  10. I had a bull x got him at 18months recall in day fine recall on lamp not even close to fine! He was a massve pain if he didn' catch he would hunt up by himself and if he did catch he would go to the other side of the field and stay away from me. Never got him right but he came with zero training. If I was you I'd miss the rest of the season get a good strong bond with the dog and train train train and when you think he's spot on train some more. Try and get to some lure coursing shows in the summer so he has something to chase and some competition whilst doing so. See if he comes back after a
  11. Cracking that good on you trunk and the lad keep it up
  12. Got a bit of permission now about 15 mins from home I'm told mixy is there but I thought for pup that would be a bonus really. Going there with a friend who has guns aswell try and clear it of mixy and get some good bunnys with no mixy in the years to come
  13. And his dam had a small amount of deerhound in way back
  14. I've a grey x beddy with a dash of collie and wippet he won't grow much more then 24 tts and his sister is smaller. So maybe you'll have to broaden your search to something with a bit more in but still won't get to a big size. That's my boy 7 months.
  15. Yeah that would be sound if I'm not sorted by then. Would 2 hobs fight if they live together?
  16. I had to walk my old bull x really early and really late to avoid other people and dogs. The last dog that attacked my pup got about 5 good punches to the head and a kick up the ass.

  18. I feed one of my dogs on a food called Oscars it's online I pay £51 for his bag of food and he dose very well on it that's a kibble the other Springer eats anything and my running dog is on beta and just put in scraps for him each day
  19. I've normally just gone on anyway but where I'm living now everyone knows everyone and if I was to get caught I'd have zero chance of anything close to home. I' surrounded by grass fields so don' want to mess it up. I've put something up on the ferret page on here to see if I can get any and get on that way after having a chat with the wife I can get a couple. Gave a sob story that everyone has ferrits because it' part and parcel of it
  20. Hi all I'm looking to pick up a ferret or two ideally hobs unless 2 hobs living together will fight?? If anyone is around this area ish and have some to sell that would be grate. Cheers fellas
  21. Alright fellas I'm trying to sort some new perm out as the big farm I used to have I haven't got anymore due to the man dieing and his wife selling the place on. I've asked a few farms where I live now but they all say no. I'm trying to sort it now while pup is still young so that I can start him straight away when the time comes but it seems all but impossible to sort some land to lamp on. Is there a better way to ask? I normally introduce myself ask about the farm get into a friendly chat then drop it in but that just isn' working. Has anyone found a certain way works better?
