  1. I have done mate but replys a bit scarce not as busy as this section it seems. There's plenty of working pups on other sites just if I can get one off here and parents are working or one that maybe already done a bit. Just keeping my options open really seeing wats about, thanks for the reply though ?
  2. As in the title I'm after a bushing dog to partner my lurcher. Got into hunting not to long ago now and after going out this season lamping and a few daytime mooches with a mate I now need to get my own bushing dog but need something that not going to go to ground and a bit vocal would be good. Going to need it in about a months time once all new kennels built. I would rather something that maybe been doing a bit but if that route fails I'll go down the line of getting a pup and bringing it on. Anyone with any info send me a pm. I'm not a messer and the dog would get plenty of work with a good
  3. Hope all goes well for you this morning mate and soon back to her old self ?
  4. Just wandering if anyone working these as bushing dogs and what are they like?. Going to be getting a bushing dog in next month or so when new kennels built and wandering if a cocker worth a punt. Working lines of course. Currently just one lurcher at the moment, saluki bull grey and done a bit on a the lamp this season and really happy with him and been out in the day with a mate a few times who has a Plummer but I want something that doesn't go to ground but also do like that bit of voice the Plummer gives to alert the runners. I am pretty new to the game so would be interested wat people ha
  5. Would have to be the black dog for me
  6. That's the one, start them early
  7. Nice looking bitch her mate
  8. Anything and everything to me, the bigger the better, pre ban obviously. Do love to bag an old Charlie though. Daytime or night time I'm not really fussed I love it all. Or should I say I did before 2005. ?
  9. Good to see you out doing what you do best. Can't beat been in the field to take your mind off things
  10. Had a little problem like this not too long ago now. Learnt to ignore him and walk off. Soon started to come back. Think I just needed to make that bond with him. Little treat when he did come back. Now he will run the lamp and come back straight away, oh unless he has a bunny in his mouth then he will bury it before he comes back lol ?. But if you seen the size of him you would see why that doesn't bother me as I got him to retrieve bigger game so we use bunnys as exercise and he s showing signs of been great at that so just stick with it and it will come
  11. Keep doing the things you love to do
  12. Most love trunks posts and I'm sure if it was legal over here there would be lots more like them so ignore haters like Morton. Bell end

Jamaica mate, you can't beat it. People are great and can't do enough for you. I've been to places since but I always say not as good as Jamaica. Great food, people and weather. I'm also off to St Lucia in may but not been here before then back to Jamaica in august, come back and the month after my second season with my first dog ever will start. Only got him 3 months ago and he done more than expected, single handed as well so I'm over the moon. Roll on next season
  14. Sickening if true but why would you throw a dog out on a motorway but surely if they didn't want him they would just let him out somewhere he found easy. I'm also thinking maybe an accident. If not then yes they deserved to be dragged down the motorway out the back of a van themselves tied to a rope
  15. You will not be dissapointed, just gone down to 2700 aswel. The xq50 is deffo a must with my sort of lamping
  16. Can't beat the xq 50 great bit of kit, yes its a little expensive but like bunny boiler says if areas you go are lamped to fxxk then it's well worth it and it can also save your bacon as lamp only needed when running your quarry.
  17. Looks a lot like mine mate and supposedly he a saluki bull grey
  18. Well done mate always love to watch your vids, see what you mean about another gear, fair play
