depends if its stags or heinds Not to me it doesnt. Even if there wasnt a ban on i think it would be unfair to slip a single dog on a red deer. I've seen it done (pre ban obviously) in England, Scotland and Wales. Only seen a couple of single handed stags but quite a few hinds. Cheers, D.

DON'T use freeze spray on open wounds Clean the wound as decribed previously and make sure everything is as tidy as poss. and then use the stapler. Most of them come with a staple removing tool when you buy them. Once you've opend the sealed packet they come in, keep it all in a clean vacuum/zip seal bag or similar. HTH. Cheers, D.

Nothing new about judges picking their mates/dogs they've bred/dogs with reputations etc etc. What really pisses me off is when the judge picks the "cute little girl with the bandy legged, prick-eared, fat, undershot pet" at a suppsedly "working" Terrier show. Cheers, D. -

I'd make sure you are going direct to and from your permission mate.............stopping of for a spot of lunch in the town centre with a knife and your up shit creek. Agree a rats a rat IMO and that image doesn't bother me, "but" I think others might find it distasteful in this section of the forum, get it moved to the trapping & snaring section. Didn't mean it like that, after all a photo that can induce emotion is like a work of art. The pic is of good quality but the subject matter is the issue if you know what I mean, like the diffence between a crap pic of a glorious sunset, or a good pic of an "ordinary" sunset, if that makes any sense Not ab bit bothered about the rats but, as in Lurcher Girl's last post, it does make you think

whatever it is it does all my olympus did and more besides, it even films video in hd and adds sounts to individual photo`s. not that i can get it to do any of that but the manual says so :laugh: Cheers, D.
