    We were out one day and put to ground. 2 guys ran off and disappeared and came back half an hour later with shovels, picks and bars to dig out Charlie. We went to the pub after the day and looked on the walls of the pictures of these 2 guys (brothers) who were fell running champions and thats how they trained FFS Cheers, D.
