I was only joking about the asthma, tawny owl is probable as its a woodland owl, also a bit late in the year for chicks, if you can make an owl noise try calling it, I have an owl call as I can't make the noise, but I have had upto nine owls calling back at one time, but normally I get a couple replying, sometimes they will come quite close to see were the call is coming from,

. The fact it's dark and in the woods, I'd be leaning towards a tawny owl with asthma,

We have loads of em round me, I have an old cover in my garden from the bottom of a old vw polo engine my son had years ago, if I lift it up in the summer there are usually 4/5 underneath it, anything that warms up in the sun they will be under it, whenever they build something near us they normally put squares of mineral felt all over the floor for a couple of weeks before work starts to collect all the slow worms up and move them on

the old bill have started using them to good effect, there was a programme on telly last year, and due to the hip problems within gsp,s and an abundance of staffy,s in dogs homes and animal sanctuary,s the police were taking them, it was quite surprising how quick they picked things up and even had em sniffing out drugs and explosives, some of the handlers reckoned they were better than the Alsatians, I love a narrow waisted bigheaded little bully over some of the fat rubbish you see nowadays with more leather and brass on than a shire horse being paraded around by some skinny little dick with

. Most people I know with working bully,s wether it be staff, English or apt types, would not really be up for sticking pics of themselves and there dogs all over the web, when about the only legal quarry left for a dog now is bunny,s , why would you need a bull terrier,

its the same when people have got bad news etc, they use religion as a crutch to help them through it, yet most prob before never given it a 2nd thought when life going well. be strong in your self what to be will be, believing in a god wont change what will happen and that's why many religious groups have people swooping on old and infirm people in hospitals, hoping they have know living relatives and through an act of kindness they get there scanky claws into what remains in the kitty after they pass on, it's like I said just another group hiding behind false gods to relieve you o

Religion gives weak people someone to believe in because they don't have the confidence to believe in themselves, and with the big world telling everyone they are inadequate, it's easy see why it works, little girls want to be grown women, grown woman want to be girls, blondes want dark hair brunettes want to be blond, even men are turning into birds, it's all about undermining your self confidence, because then you will turn to someone or something else, but the end result is the same, it will cost you money, to fit someone else's agenda, just learn to love yourself and your family and you wo

sorry I have not read any further than this, so apologise if it's been said elsewhere, but the reason they all had troubled upbringings is the fact that most of the original sas were former borstal boys, i was taught this in borstal myself, it was one of there claims to fame and something they were quite rightly proud of, and having served a few years at, Portland and guys marsh, borstal,s I can confirm that shooting women and kids would not raise the heart beat of most inmates, it was a very strict regime based on military discipline,s were they would basically break your sole and spirit, the

I do actually have a family member that served with the sas for many years, he is now a bit of a recluse and lives in a tiny cottage on the north wales coast, spending his days fishing, I was to young to understand the significance of what he did when our family's were in regular contact and have,nt seen him for many years, if my memory serves me right he spent many years in the Yemen and went back to work as a mercenary for the sha or what ever he was called when he finished with the sas

. £70 is worth getting very mucky for as far as I'm concerned, if I live for 70 years, have my house with fires and woodburner in from the age of 20' that's 50 years of getting my chimney swept, at £70 a year works out at £35.000, I was told many moons ago that a man is rich, because of the things he can do without, and it looks like I can do without a chimney sweep and it's earned me £35.000 so I guess that pearl of wisdom was very true, I could go on but you get the idea that's 3500 not 35 grandsaving money I'm good at my three R,s are shocking

There is know need to hate anyone over race ,colour or religion, pricks come in all shapes, colours and faiths, weed out the pricks and the rest of us can just get on with living

all these little vans are the same underneath and badged up for different manufactures, I,ve just sold one badged as a Nissan, but it was a Renault kangoo, I like older motors myself, and think the people telling you to get the older 1.9 normally aspirated, non turbo, model with a manual fuel pump are the people you should be listening to, the hdi models will give you a few miles to the gallon more, but a shitload of pain when they go wrong, I,ve had them all, right back to a 205 diesel van that had the 1.9 straight diesel in, all my old 1.9,s have hit over 250.000 with little trouble were as

i,m a bit of a Landy purist and I think, that thing like most modern Landy,s would be left wanting against a proper 101 ,I think the beauty of the original series 1-2-3 and the 101 was the fact they could be repaired at the side of the road if they ever did break down, were as a modern one has to be fixed by a technician with a diagnostics computer and a van full of spare parts, landrover ceased making proper Landy,s after the 200tdi defender, from there on it was all down hill, if you want to go fast get a sports car but if you want to go anywhere get a proper landrover

well that's me fecked then I look out my front window at yachts and ships going past,

big warning here fella, if by the shore you mean the sea, don't touch drift wood, if it's fresh water you are safe, but salt water drift wood is a big know know, as the water is burnt off you are left with a strong salt content which will eat your flu and woodburner in very short time

it is hard to tell from the pics but it almost looks like the fire surround is sticking out from the wall a bit and could do with either a bit trimming off of the back or off the wall, is there a gap at the top as well or is it flush to the wall, a photo of the whole thing may be a bit more informative, and lastly if it is fitted right and you still have that void all around it you can buy fireproof expanding foam, fill the gap and stick a bit of stainless angle over it to make it look nice, quick cheap and easy

I have know religion at all, but am happy to take anyone's blessing, and as it does not appear to be directed at anyone in particular, I will simply say, cheers alha have a good one yourself,

. I mostly burn commercial wood IE scaffold boards 2x2 joist etc, but if and when I need logs I just cut fallen trees that have been laying on the floor for a few years, they don't need seasoning either, some wood like ash can be burnt as soon as its cut were as pine needs 2 years of seasoning, it can be a bit of a minefield but as long as you have a handful of coal to go in with your wood you can burn almost anything, in reality
