3to4hrs at 100 in the oven and it stays soft and moist for days just stuff it with whatever you like, my favourite is the jerk paste(not seasoning) but anything you like it will always come out good, also put it on the spit in the summer as well ??

I buy a large belly of pork and just remove the bones myself coat in seasoning and roast in the oven then make a nice roll with the belly two meals for the price of one butcher always asks if I want my belly de boned but why would I it’s like giving away a meal and I like having the ribs to chew on while the belly has a 3hour slow roast

Have found less this winter than any other year mate the wet seems to have had a bit of an effect, have one area on a landfill that has turned up carcasses and footprints every December for the last 3 years but all I found this year was one rabbit hollowed out by a buzzard, as the ground starts drying and the mud goes like putty I should hope to find a few tracks, along the sides of country lanes is a good spot to look, have got a few from gateways found tracks all along the side of this road came from one field and disappeared through the gate by the van

Well it’s stopped raining but there is nowhere for any of it to go, just been for a wander hoping that the sun would bring out a few squirrels, more likely to see sea lions I think, though a goshawk, skylark and lots of chaffinchs out and about made it an enjoyable walk with not a shot fired

Good, hopefully the silent majority ,s in these country’s will grow fed up of this and remove the traitors they have allowed into power to do this to there own country’s ,as I have said before brexit is just the start of a wave that will hopefully end this corrupt organisation that has crept into Europe and sold out every country involved, we need another big country like France to go and it will really start to crumble ????????????

I think if my memory serves, the figure is around 5000 raccoons living in the uk with South Yorkshire and Somerset known to have breeding populations, did have a guy who shot one in the forest in the last year or two, it was in his chicken coupe making a lot of commotion much like a fox and he shot it as it ran out expecting a fox, ?

I,ve only got an iPad mate so can’t get them on YouTube or anything I,ve got a box full of SD cards with hundreds of vids and stills of British wildlife would be good to get them all edited into a couple of films, hopefully when I finally get moved I,ll treat myself to a decent laptop and have a go ??

My daughter lives on a narrow boat and has one in her boat to watch her cat when she is not home also has motion sensor so starts filming if anyone walks in when she’s out and sends it all to her phone like you say tek has gone mad but can be great if you make it work for you ?

I carry a swede everywhere I go, simply attach a large loop of paracord to it and thread it through the belt loop on my trousers, never loose it and can’t be disarmed win win ?

Have been called out to a couple of sheep attacks that have turned out to be boar, very messy one sheep was still alive after having been half eaten, think they will become a national epidemic within 10 years myself ?
